There was one very old lady working there and she had no desire to make us a sandwich. There was a sign on the counter that I asked her about and she tried to fold it back to look at it. It broke of course and she proceeded to fix the sign with tape instead of take our order.

What makes Subway shine is the deals they have. Sure, some of their staff can be a little grumpy or seem detached from the service they are providing, but many of them are good at what they do and have positive people skills. Back to the deals; the code FLBOGO creates a value worth visiting and revisiting. There are several other deals, too, that are readily available for use and can be found with a simple Google search. Keep up the excellent work.As a footnote: for those who focus on the negatives in life, please be patient. The rest of us are trying very hard to catch up with you. God bless

The worker wasn't polite, period! Also was charged over $8 for a 6-inch that I pay $3.99 at other Subways. The sandwich I received for the price I was charged, along with the employee, was both ridiculous!

Broken toaster that the girl that clearly doesn't want to be at work just barley whispered as she pointed. Didn't put the right chicken or cheese on the sandwich until I corrected her and still didn't put the proper amount. Avoid this Subway.

Employees are so rude. If you hate your job, don't take it out on the customers. Have also seen bad unsanitary practices & the subs are made very sloppy & most of the time are a mess when you open them up to eat. Do better!

Absolutely 0 stars if I had the option. I made a door dash order with specific directions and options. I am Absolutely apauled at how they treat their customers when they completed the order WRONG! Not to mention. I was going to suvk it up and just eat it, but NO your bread has to STALE too! Isn't that against health regulations. Pretty sure you must always have fresh bread to serve. I got a 6in subway and a drink and it costed me $23 dollars! Yes, I'm beyond pissed as this was my dinner for tonight and IT WAS RUINED. Because the employee who made the subway didn't care. I understand you want to go home. But pulling 16 hours shifts all day (me) and then not having suitable food is not how a customer who loves subway should have been served. I would personally like a full refund just for the subway because it is not edible. I called to settle the matter and hanging up was the result.I'm not usually one to do something like this, but that was deliberate ignorance. You don't close till 10pm. You should have answered when I called.Horrible service.

Where do I began? If I could give a zero it still would be too high. I visited this Subway about 4pm on August I 2023. No one was at the counter. I patiently waited..and waited and waited until I knocked on the counter. A young lady with pink hair named Tonie or Tony was sitting at a table behind. Not knowing she's been sitting there watching me and my son stand there the entire time. She walks up and and say " what are you having" with a very nasty attitude. I proceeded with "hello how are you" she's still giving attitude. Before I could tell her what I wanted she rudely say "we don't have meatballs". My son said okay. I said can I have steak. So she said what bread. I told her Italian. She does nothing. I repeat it to her. She looks at me and very rudely say "I'm waiting on him to tell me what kind of bread he wants" I said excuse me he wants Italian bread. I told her I speak for him because of his speech impediment. I said he wants Italian. She then refuses to serve him and walks off. I would not recommend this Subway to a homeless person if they were giving out free food. Tonie or Tony with the pink hair do better. I'm told her is the manager. Go figure.

Lady is rude and just doesn't care when your standing there and she does whatever she feels like and will look up 20 times and. See your there and just won't even say anything. She huffs and puffs Everytime we tell her what we are getting flat out is ridiculous!!!!!!!! Subway do better and find better people to work! Ambiance-0

Very very hostile atmosphere. The lady in charge was very disrespectful. We tried to use some coupons and she lied to us saying we cannot use them but the corporate said we were allowed.
