Don’t bother ordering online on the weekends because you’ll be waiting at least 30 minutes for your food, usually much longer. Also this particular location seems to have made certain items unavailable from ordering such as the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, which is bs because items are available at other locations. I wish they would build another Taco Bell close to Saraland because this one sucks.

Door says open until 1 am, but consistently closed by 12 am. An employee will watch you drive through without any acknowledgement. Worst Taco Bell in Mobile County!

Horrible staff, especially the night shift that has to deal with the biggest rushes of people. When I went in and there was a large rush and only 3 employees, 2/3 of them were sitting down or on a bathroom break. The drive thru is almost always stationary, and the inside dining is full of people waiting. I just ended up leaving without a refund because I wanted to get out of there so badly

As much as I didn't want to ,ordered food on touch screen, gave me payment options, I chose cash.waited at least 30 minutes or more, they didn't even start my orders because I didn't pay with credit card lmaorotf. Go back to having people taking orders.
Ordered 3 tacos and a nacho bell grande… not one item came out right.

My order was wrong AGAIN 2nd time in a week. Drive casher Carleshia rushed me thru my order was rude & then would not fix it. I am done with this place & lodging a complaint with corporate.
