Food was great. Hot and fresh. However the attitude of the woman at the window with baby blue nails needs a listening ear and attitude adjustment. We all make mistakes but in the industry if you make a mistake don't make it the customers fault. Fix it and move it along. Especially if the customer isn't getting an attitude with you. Retrain them on customer service for that shift because prior to this visit I'd had nothing but great experiences.

We go to our local taco bell at least twice a week and haven't had a bad experience in probably a year. There is a young redheaded lady that is usually at the window that is the sweetest and always takes great care of us.
Vegetarian options: You can exchange beef for black beans for any of your menu options and they make sure your taken care of
