As much as I didn't want to ,ordered food on touch screen, gave me payment options, I chose cash.waited at least 30 minutes or more, they didn't even start my orders because I didn't pay with credit card lmaorotf. Go back to having people taking orders.

this place was a POS. I waited in the drive through (3 cars in front of me) FOR OVER AN HOUR. i got one burrito. the worker was rude in the drive thru as well. and then the food was awful. I would rather kill mussels than come back

Waited 25 minutes on my food. Food was thrown together and didn't have much ingredients in the burrito supreme, Mexican pizza didn't taste right, was missing something. One employee walked by me and didn't say excuse me. Wouldn't recommend

The place all in all is just kinda blah. They do have some staff that get after it and make your visit not a bad one. But they also have some workers that don't care for their job too much. Food has always been so so at best!

Definitely needs to work on customer service and acknowledgement. Almost a dead day. Waiting 18 minutes on my order. Stood at front counter 7 minutes before anyone asked or said anything to me.
Needs major help in time management. Only cares about drive thru not lobby.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered my food via app about 15 minutes before I arrived at the store. There were several vehicles in line, but it was a Friday night so I didn’t think too much of it. There is usually a line at any Taco Bell on a weekend night. Well after ordering the food 15 minutes before I arrived, I sat in line for an additional 45 minutes before arriving at the window only to discover that my food was still NOT READY! I sat at the window for an additional 15 minutes. So this is over an hour I have been waiting for THREE yes, THREE items. A taco, a Crunchwrap, and a chicken quesadilla. I will NEVER go back to this location again. I do not know what the workers were doing, but their job wasn’t it. Terrible terrible place, do not recommend.
