Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Today was the first time our office ordered from the TSC app for delivery. We were given a delivery time and when it was 10 minutes late we called. We were told our order had been picked up. We waited another 20 minutes only to find our order left outside of our building in the sun. We ordered two smoothies - only receiving one which was completely melted along with our bowl. We were supposed to get two bags of chips - only one. Both our sandwiches were supposed to not have ranch but they did and were skimpy at best. My coworker called the store and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes was given a phone number to call. When she asked to speak to the manager she was told that there was no manager on site. With this experience we truly don't think we will be ordering again since no one there seems to care. For anyone who cares: order #55915870926873 - Celi Drive - Dewitt 13057

We ordered delivery through the TSC App. Our order arrived without any of our smoothies. When I tried to get in touch with the branch, the phone rings and rings and eventually just hangs up without an option to leave a voicemail. We called several times with the same result. I had to search Google for the customer support phone number, because it’s not in an easy-to-find place on their website. Finally found the number and got in touch with someone, only for her to act like she didn’t even realize she picked up a phone call. She didn’t greet me, introduce herself, or state that she was a CSR with TSC. I had to start the conversation, and then had to ask if I was calling the correct number. Customer support was wholly unhelpful, and just put in the same request form I had already put in on their website. So now we have to wait for a response from “upper management” just to have our refund processed for the smoothies we did not receive from Tropical SMOOTHIE Cafe. We put in an order for delivery for convenience purposes, and spending half of my morning just trying to get a refund for the smoothies I didn’t receive has been far from convenient.

A fast and casual place where you can get a delicious smoothie and a good bite to eat without any hassle or waiting in a long line. Fresh to order food you cant beat it….. prepped ingredients fresh every day😀

It is ridiculous to wait 20 minutes for two smoothies. Worst wait time by far??! Will never come back. They don't deserve the 2.9 stars.

Wonderful experience and even if we don’t order the “healthiest” options it’s always so clean and tasty so we feel better eating it! ? Loved and highly recommend the banana peanut butter wrap - SO tasty! The cali flat bread is also great, as is the Caesar wrap! Love all the options - feel like there’s always something new!

I recently had an experience at a restaurant that left me extremely disappointed. Despite waiting patiently for 15 minutes for my food, I encountered a series of mishaps that ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere. The staff's lack of attention to detail and customer service was truly disheartening. In the end, I had to request a refund and find a different dining option. As a customer, I value efficiency and professionalism, both of which were sorely lacking in this particular establishment. I would not recommend this place to others seeking a pleasant dining experience.

Love this location!! Always smiling faces to greet customers.... Amy the manager is so polite... Always handles issues right away.... You can tell the employees enjoy working there!! Always enjoy when I stop... Will stop every time I'm somewhat close

Amy and Conner they are very rude to customers and the employees Conner and AMY where cussing at employees in being very disrespectful to customers also I had my kids with me I’m very disappointed in this store in the employees

me and my family went at 11:30. WE LEFT AT 12:28!!!! First, there were only two people working, and one of them (the ed sheeran ginger DUPE with a ponytail NAMED BEN) wasnt even doing anything! there was this one girl, who was doing everybodys order, and she messed up EVERY-SINGLE-ONE! includinggg OURS! FIRST, she took forever to get our things, and she gave my grandma and mom two green ones, but my mom ordered a different green smoothie, so my mom told her, THEN she had the AUDACITYYYYY to say “you ordered two of the green ones…”! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT? then she took foreverrrr to make ONE SMOOTHIE! and she DROPPED THE BLENDER CUP AND STILL CONTINUED TO MAKE A SMOOTHIE WITH IT! THIS IS HORRIBLE I CAN NOT BELIVE ANY OF THIS THIS IS JUST SO… I CANT EVEN PUT HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM IN WORDS!
