My waitresses were very rude. It was 6 of us and had to do tables. They didn't like that. My drink was taken from the table that I said I didn't want to sit at. I had to ask for it. Couldn't get a straw until it was time for us to leave. No, I didn't tip. Just the gratuity charge. 7/13/25 11am. White girl with thick fake eye lashes and a black girl named Shantae.

Waffle House is one of my go to places for breakfast, especially on a road trip. I happened to be in the Mobile area and stopped here to get a good hot meal and a cup of black coffee. One of the good things about Waffle House is tou generally know what you're going to get.
My server Samantha was attentive and the cooks got my All Star Special our quickly.
From my experience this is a Wa-Ho you can count on.
My grits tasted like straight up mold and made me feel sick to my stomach. I had my husband try a bite and he confirmed that it tasted like mold. I'm wondering how long they let grits sit in a container before switching it out.. it was awful.
