Waffle House is one of my go to places for breakfast, especially on a road trip. I happened to be in the Mobile area and stopped here to get a good hot meal and a cup of black coffee. One of the good things about Waffle House is tou generally know what you're going to get.
My server Samantha was attentive and the cooks got my All Star Special our quickly.
From my experience this is a Wa-Ho you can count on.

My grits tasted like straight up mold and made me feel sick to my stomach. I had my husband try a bite and he confirmed that it tasted like mold. I'm wondering how long they let grits sit in a container before switching it out.. it was awful.

Ditch the jukebox! It's hard to enjoy your meal when you can't hear yourself think, let alone hear the person across the table. And the waitress just kept it going.
Didn’t get our drinks until 40 minutes after we sat down. Waitress was not good at all. Do not recommend. Bay Minette Waffle House would run circles around them.

Food was what you would expect from a Waffle House and arrived timely to my table after the order was placed. The service was friendly and fast. My major complaint with the location was the cleanliness of the dining area; 1. the vent over my booth was visibility filthy and a piece of debris. 2. The window seals were also really dirty and definitely needing to be cleaned. 3. A mob and broom were propped against the back of my booth, these should be kept out of site unless actively being used.
