Friendly service. Clean all around. Food was great. Our server did forget my bacon, but I think she was new. One of the other servers brought it to me. I will say that the noise level was off the charts. Between the kitchen noise and the jukebox, it was incredibly loud, and I could barely hear my husband from across the table.

The only waffle house in the area that I enjoy going to. Everything is always nice and clean. They keep the restaurant cool but not super cold too. Which is really nice ♡Kid-friendliness: We bring our kids pretty often and the staff is always so nice to them ♡

I enjoy waffle house but a lot of the time when you try to order pickup they will lie to you, saying they are too busy when there is nobody there. The Wendy's next to waffle house in Saraland is stealing Waffle House's customers because they are wayyyy cheaper and quicker. I cnt understand why Waffle house would lie to keep from taking a pick up order.

My husband and I went in for a late dinner and it was the absolute worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant. They were not busy at all, but yet our server never refilled our drinks, even after we asked for refills. I put in a To go order, while we were ordering and asked her to go ahead and have it prepared. I had to wait 15 minutes after we were done eating, for her to get it together. She looked like she was high on something, and had no idea what she was doing. We will definitely be going to the other location from now on.
