I had a very disappointing experience at this location. One of the employees, Shanate, treated me with disrespect and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Her behavior toward me felt discriminatory and unprofessional. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training so other customers don’t go through the same experience.

When I went to the drive thru order screen, I kept getting interrupted by different people, when I went to the window, I was talked over, they acted like I was stupid, and didn’t understand what I was saying. When I got my food, my fries were ice cold, and saucy nuggets were almost dry. My girlfriend got a frosty fusion and it was extremely underwhelming. Outside the restaurant smelled absolutely horrific. I usually wouldn’t write a review like this but it’s getting to be an almost every time thing with this location. I am very disappointed.
MARSHA!! I wish she could take my order every time I go to Wendys in Saraland! She is just a bubble of delight!! Thank you for the smile early in the morning!! Also, Thank you Wendys for the $1 Breakfast Sandwich and Beverage!! XO
