our order took over 15 minutes to receive-it was fresh cooked?the fries were freshly made but they must have had our sandwiches sitting there waiting because the meat was cold.it was my first visit to this brand franchise, way less than impressed.i honestly would not go back, this was indeed a BAD FIRST IMPRESSION

I don't know maybe I'm not aware of it but I thought it was a little pricey I spent $10 for a biscuit and a burrito and then you get home and with a bag and not the first napkin in there who in the world pays for food and then you can't think to put the napkin in the bag somebody needs to do

We went late at night,when ordering the food we could tell she had an attitude on the speaker. When we got to the window she would not let us add a large fries to the order. The food was cold to the touch making us return. The woman still had an attitude returning to the store also finding out that she was the manager.

Every time I order online and check in at the front counter to get my order, they make my order and then set it aside instead of bringing it out. I have to ask for my order multiple times EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Ridiculous.

I ordered the sweet and spicy bacon burger for the 3rd time this week and they got it wrong again. I love eating at whataburger on lunch because I work overnight and is one of the few options available. However if they can't get my order right why keep spending money their. I always order my burger with no onions (due to allergy) and no musterd. For yet the 3rd time this week I didn't get my burger as requested upon order. At this point its frustrating and feel like my request is ignored upon ordering

Pulled up in far right drive thru line and was asked to please hold. Waited 6 minutes and then another guy pulled up in the left drive thru where his order was instantly taken and he pulled around before me even though I had been waiting on hold 6 min already.
