went through the drive thur with 4 mins left before closing to get my nonverbal kid some fries cuz she really wanted fries and they told me they was closed. I told them all i want is fries and they said they didnt have anything left. I work in the fast food business and u r suppose to serve til u r actually closed. we was passing through. Definitely do not recommend this zaxbys locations. Thank God for popeyes being down the street so my picky self baby could have some fries

I bought the zensation salad. Its my favorite salad-ever! If you like asian foods & a fresh salad, then this is the best mash up, you’ll eat! Wish they put this in their regular menu, & not a seasonal one. Its only out for the month of October.

Please stay far away from this place; Olivia and the crew really let me down with my order. They gave me a drink that was old and flat as a tire; they also did not give me the amount of wings I asked for (I ordered 5 and they only gave me 3); please count your food before leaving the restaurant with these people cause apparently they don't do it. Food was not good at all and so bland. I do not recommend Zaxbys in Saraland.

They messed up my food I called and told them the lady manager Olivia told me they was gone send out a coupon to my House Email 2 weeks went by they never did so I just called back to talk to a male manager he was so rude to me talking to me like I was lying the worst customer service ever I will never visit this store again

literally the girl at the window was so rude and they told me they were going to give me a refund back to my card. it’s been two weeks and still no refund. they refuse to give me my money back after they told me they were going to. been dealing with it for two weeks.

Big zax snack meal is my go-to. Just enough to be a meal, but not too much to where you waist food. Flavors are amazing too!

Have been to this location 4 different times and order was not right. Get home no slaw. First two times I just dealt with it. A week ago I took order back, Mgr. made it right, but said they were out of slaw. Tonight I asked before ordering, was told yes they had slaw. Checked order, again no slaw, Oh we are out, but I didn't know, I guess I should have checked. You think. Done with this location.
