Our first time there but it won't be the last. We ordered a bison filet, with a bourbon glaze. Woods and water which was an Angus sirloin steak and shrimp cooked to perfection. Also had the sausage trio for an appetizer, what an awesome appetizer.

It's a good restaurant. Wether it's the whole family or just you and the wife. It's a unique place to eat. The wait can be a little long but worth the wait.

Amazing food,cool atmosphere,BUT there was only 1 time we visited that was absolutely crazy night,it was a record for us for time spent in a restaurant,but other then that,food is awesome,been there 5x,you can check out the animals out back and walk through the zoo,along with the gift shop,and other outdoor stuff on the left side of the building

Great experience. You get to see & watch a lot of animals they have. It would be interesting to know how they keep thier aligators warm when it's freezing. They have several kangaroos and a baby one right now.
Had a bison ribeye and it was excellent. They always have a wait. Worth the drive and willing to go again

Not dry like some Bison burgers can be, but juicy, and tender.
