Great experience. You get to see & watch a lot of animals they have. It would be interesting to know how they keep thier aligators warm when it's freezing. They have several kangaroos and a baby one right now.
Had a bison ribeye and it was excellent. They always have a wait. Worth the drive and willing to go again

This is the Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, and I was invited to come and score their Bison Burger, what a Unique tasting experience and an awesome Bison Burger. Not dry like some Bison burgers can be, but juicy, and tender. Bison has a different flavor than hamburger meat, so it takes some special taste buds to taste that awesome taste that Bison has to offer. They will be one of my TOP Burgers for 2025. Everything was great food service and atmosphere. The two plus hour wait for table is the only negative. So it you go except a long wait because this is a very popular place. Bison ribeye was awesome and spouse had pheasant breast that was great also. Over all a pleasant experience. Your can see exotic animals while you wait for a five dollar charge per person.
This place is awesome and has awesome people working there they treated everyone in my family like family and they have the best steaks I've ever eaten I ordered 4 different dinners today just for myself just so I could let everyone in our family try all the different steaks plus they ordered their own meals I just wanted everyone to experience all the different steaks so I ordered the red deer tenderloin steak /the bison filet steak / elk tenderloin steak / and they only had 3 Valentine's Day special 18 oz bone in ribeye steaks left that where aged 35 days and I had to have it to all were cooked med rare came out cooked perfectly they give you a knife to cut it but it's so tender you don't need it awesome exsperance for me and my 13 family members that went with us the kids had a good time looking at all the different animals and really cool gift shop to and nice fire place for everyone to sit and keep warm why meeting new people from all over why you wait to get in
