What’s the point of serving cold, wet fries? The ice cream machine is broken as always, so no shakes. The sandwich patty was cold too. What a waste of money.

The Satsuma,AL is very clean with fast,friendly service. The McDonald's is Bayou LaBatre and Grand Bay, AL could take lessons from the Satsuma,AL McDonald's.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The fries were cold and my burger was made incorrectly. They didn't give me a receipt in the drive thru but when I went inside to return the burger the same girl that served me in the window kept asking for it just to fix my food. It was finally remade after a bit of hassle.

Do McDonalds employees get zero training in customer service?

The girl was rude at the intercom when I ordered, didn’t even look at me when I got to the window for my receipt (just shoved it out the window without even looking my way or speaking a single word), and when I got my food that girl wasn’t much better. Just shoved the bag at me with barely a word.

We aren’t looking for fine cuisine here, but how hard is it to have some social training in basic decency when it comes to customers.

God love whoever the owner of this location is because they can’t be doing well with this level of service.

This place is constantly forgetting my child’s happy meal toy and apple slices. Tonight my order came with cold fries and sandwich that was open and falling into the bag. The inside lobby is always slippery with grease from the kitchen. Wouldn’t recommend as a last resort.
