Do McDonalds employees get zero training in customer service?

The girl was rude at the intercom when I ordered, didn’t even look at me when I got to the window for my receipt (just shoved it out the window without even looking my way or speaking a single word), and when I got my food that girl wasn’t much better. Just shoved the bag at me with barely a word.

We aren’t looking for fine cuisine here, but how hard is it to have some social training in basic decency when it comes to customers.

God love whoever the owner of this location is because they can’t be doing well with this level of service.

This place is constantly forgetting my child’s happy meal toy and apple slices. Tonight my order came with cold fries and sandwich that was open and falling into the bag. The inside lobby is always slippery with grease from the kitchen. Wouldn’t recommend as a last resort.

There wasnt much of a line and it still took a while to get the food. Had to pull up to a third window, which I've never even seen at a rural McDonald's such as this one. Then the food was substandard.It wasn't hot, just kinda warm. No napkins, and then the drinks weren't even filled up all the way. I wasn't impressed at all. I'd say they could have done a whole lot better.

The people who work here are friendly and helpful with your order. I wanted a hotcakes and sausage breakfast with a senior coffee and she suggested the big breakfast was cheaper and you get more for your money. Not too many places or people would do that. A plus in today's world!

The place is cozy, but the customer service is terrible from the employees, the last two times I went to do without the service I had a bitter experience from the staff mainly at the checkout and from the food the bread was old and fell apart into pieces not to mention the hamburger that was cold and burnt, in my opinion I do not recommend it because of the bad atmosphere and poor customer service among them the person who was in charge of the shift if they could give half a star to the customer service they would do it
