Went here to get a coffee or tea and use a gift card I received about a year or so ago. Was told that there was a new owner and I could not use the gift card. This is a bad practice for a small businesses. I understand that that the old owner collected the money that was paid for the gift card but as an accountant I know that all money collected for past gift card purchases would have been on the financials and the old owner and new owner should have made concessions for this or could have transferred this. This community wants us to "shop local" - well, then treat your customers with more fairness.
