“What a phenomenal small store treasure this place is. Super friendly staff, nostalgic atmosphere decorated with old time stuff. We just got a milkshake and ice cream and it was great. We did see them make banana splits which looked great and saw people ordering real food which also looked great.”

“We came in May 8 for a late lunch/ early dinner . We wanted raw oysters and the waitress said you were out. We all order wings instead and they were great. Our waitress was Debbie , she did and outstanding job..Jeffersons will definitely be back on our books when we are in town.”

“Tried Pappy’s for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The food was freshly made, great vale and tasted delicious. The hamburger looked great but my chicken fingers were so big, I would call them chicken hands! All was delicious! Excited to watch them grow in business! I saw a dessert that looked scrumptious. Check Pappy’s out, you will not be dissappointed!”

“We ate there twice in the same week. We stopped there on our way through to Pigeon Forge, TN based on a recommendation from a family member who has eaten there. We loved it! The food was great and the service was amazing! The servers there are great! We decided to stop there again 3 days later when we were passing back through going home. It was once again a great experience and they were appreciative of the return visit. We will definitely be back, if we find ourselves in Scottsboro, AL again. I highly recommend it!”

“It was our first time dining. We had reservation for valentines day. When we arrived, we are seated right away. Service is great and staff are great no doubt on that. But, we waited over an hour for our food! Some people that came after us, was leaving before us. My husband ordered lasagna and I ordered grilled jumbo shrimp. When we finally got our food, it wasn't what I was expecting. Now, the shrimp was good and warm.But whatever comes with it, it was not entirely warm and has too many peppers. On my husbands end, everything was good. But other than that little setback, we will definitely go back and try it again.”

“Grew up in Scottsboro so Cups is very familiar to me. Was in town visiting and dropped by 2/15/25.

Last time I went I was really disappointed in the espresso. But they said that they have been working on the machine and it is tasting a lot better! I asked for a recommendation and Anna Leigh made me a delicious caramel macchiato.

Anna Leigh and Miley were working and were phenomenal!! They are so sweet and their customer service is just above and beyond. The food was also lovely, as always.

“First time at this restaurant and our family of 11 loved everything. We tried a variety of appetizers, soup, gumbo to a variety of meals. Not a disappointed person at the table. Fried fish, crab legs shrimp and grits were all amazing. Service was spectacular. Very friendly atmosphere with great southern hospitality. Don’t pass on this restaurant.”
