This place is one of the worst, most disgusting, unkind place I have ever been. Managers cuss out customers on the regular, not a single order I've had had been right. The entire team needs to be replaced, especially the general manager, out of all people the general manager should not be the one to cuss at customers because they don't know how to make an order correctly. Kids burger was built upside down with onions, there's always something forgotten. Horrible place full of horrible people, disgraceful to this town.

My husband and I go to Jacks atleast once a day, and they’re always amazing! Incredibly fast service, always has your order right, and quick! They always remember us and even the small things we ask for with our orders, they make note to remember!

Twice I have been through the drive through to order a large Diet Coke (nothing else) and both times gotten regular coke and I do not tolerate sugar at all!! How hard is a Diet Coke? And if you didn’t understand me at the speaker then why not clarify at the pickup window?

As a local truck driver, Jack’s is one of the few truck friendly places out there on my run. I pass 3 daily and choose this one every time I decide I want to stop for lunch so I eat here fairly often and I’ve never left disappointed. Food is always good and the service is always great. I’ve never had a bad experience here. As a truck driver, I’m truly grateful for a company that accommodates us in a world where most seem to actively work against us!

Salads such too. It's understaffed due to poor management and unqualified key holders. They don't put customers first. Food sucks. Biscuits horrible. Overcooked chicken. Milkshakes good.

I stopped to eat lunch on my way to work. The staff was very friendly and the food was ok. My complaint was the cleanliness of the dining area. It was a disaster. Trash everywhere, and what looked like gravy splattered on the floor, under tables, and on one booth seat. It was so nasty I lost my appetite about halfway through my meal.
