Jan is the best employee there. Please make sure you apply for an Amazon gift card and give her a good remark. She deserves it. The rest of the employees are not as nice as she is every time I go in the store. I’m so happy to see that she is there because she is so very sweet and no matter how much you have to return. She is so sweet throughout the whole thing and will jump through hoops to make sure you are happy with your experiencein the Fort Payne, Alabama UPS store!!!

We were camping at Buck's Pocket State Park and this Jack's was the only thing close by. We went in and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. An employee walked right past us without even acknowledging us to go clean off tables. There was no one in the dining room. What appeared to be the manager told him via headset to come take our order. When he did, he had a "could care less" attitude. I ordered 2pc chicken meal all white and my son ordered a Cheesy Bacon Chicken sandwich combo. They tried to give me all dark chicken. I told the manager it was supposed to be all white and she said he didn't put it in that way. Come to find out that they didn't have any chicken breast ready. The fries were missing for my son's order. I asked about them and the young man said he didn't specifically ask for fries. I thought that when you ordered a combo it had fries. I told them to charge me for a fry and give it to my son. That request went ignored. The manager worked on getting my chicken so I waited at the counter. The young man that took our order came up and told me "that I might as well sit down because it would take a while." I chose to stand and it did take a long time. My son and fiancé were finished eating by the time I got my meal. While I was waiting I noticed that their health rating was a 89. I can believe that by the looks of the place. One upside was that the gentlemen in the back making the food came out and apologized for the bad experience we had.

3/26/24 around 1:00. I've only went through the drive thru. They always have a bad attitude and act they're doing you a favor by giving you your food. Food isn't that good and biscuits could be used a hockey puck. I didn't go back for a long time but decided to try again. Snack time. Ordered only biscuit and fries with no salt this time. This time the woman at the window was friendly. The food didn't change. Fries were cold and again the biscuit was hard. Won't be going back.
