How old is it for beef and cheddar instead I got a ham and cheese with four cheese sticks and when I call them they expect me to come back up there to replace my order what is out of my way I only stopped there cuz I went to that Walmart not a good way to make you happy customer

I ordered through the drive through and was asked to repeat my order. When I got to the window, the young man was nice and respectful and pretty quick with the order, but, for as much as the price has SKYROCKETED, the quality of the sandwiches has dropped. I got a Classic Roast Beef and one of the medium sized ones two. The price after taxes was almost $22. I’ll go back, but it will be long enough into the future that I won’t remember how bad it is.

I always loved coming here because we always get good service and fresh food. Everyone knows, there is not much in Semmes, let alone a fast food place with decent food and service. Tonight was horrible. The lady taking our order was as rude as can be. ZERO customer service. Please change this before Arby's ends up like the rest of the fast food places around here!

My burger was raw I should have checked it before I left there. About 30 mins ago. I hope that I don't get sick. Thank y'all for not cooking a burger.
This restaurant was in an eighteen wheeler truck stop. I have taken my service dog in the restaurant before, but on this day it was quite busy. So Mom, my service dog, n I picnicked in the parking lot.
