Little Caesars Pizza

This store swipe my card three times took my money the first time my card got lock up and declined the other 2 swipes I showed the manager on site that the money has been taken out and refuse to give me my food I paid for because their system wasn’t acting right then told me I would have to come back another day to get a refund I come back two days later they said they can’t find it I ask to speak with a supervisor they said Chad will call you in a few mins never calls so now I’m being refused to get my money back

They always have our order ready and are pleasant!

I went to pick up a pizza in the store and I noticed the employees there were basically young kids that were cutting up and paying more attention to their social lives than they were the customers. I also noticed they were not using gloves or hairnets or any of the sanitary requirements for handling food. I then noticed one employee's pants were almost falling off and he kept pulling them up, including his underwear with no gloves and then serving food. At that point I left. I will not go back to that store. I advise you to pay attention to the people that are making you food before you buy it. This store is terrible. The food is probably good if you don't mind eating somebody's
Germs off their hair and underwear.

The manager Hailey is absolutely amazing. We had a DoorDash order and the driver kept the most expensive one we had. Hailey remade it for us and was so professional about it.

When did Little Caesars whole persona become heat lamp gas station food? I'm old enough to remember when Little Caesars used to actually make really good pizza that was better than Pizza Hut or Domino's. It's sad.

Ordered online. Says 30 min till its ready. It takes me 20ish min to drive here. I get here and wait another 15 to give extra time. This makes 35 min. I pull in and get told its going to be another 30 minutes. This location was getting better and getting orders out quickly for the last 4 or 5 months but they are right back to 1hr waits for pizzas

There window is broken so u have to go in and if it's raining they want bring to the car so we got to go in and wait

I tried to order a pizza and asked what they had ready. They said absolutely nothing. I asked how long before they had one ready. They replied about an hour. I said I thought you all were suppose to always have some ready she laughed and said no not at this location

I waited 22 minutes while ppl got their food before me and ordered after me the general manager at the time made excuses and the order was cold except for the puffs when I complained she made excuses and cut me off while talking to her the cashier was laughing n I had to ask 3 times for crazy sauce because she was on her phone it is 248 pm if there is a general manager plz get ahold of me cause this is not good for business she told me to tell the customer to call they could get it remade and another dasher would bring it n when customer called she told them to bring food bk n pick it up customer service here n gm are lower rated than a 1 i go here all the time n have never had this much trouble this review is only for today not overall

It's honestly just the waiting time. Food is good as always but small location so be patient.

The work staff is very rude. Your wait time is terrible when its supposed to be fast food. Its more like 1000 years later food am i right people 😂. The food has really went down hill from when they first started. Its just a terrible experience all around to begin with. Even when they are super late with your food they don't even offer nothing for there mess ups. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone tbh. But y'all do what you want.
