Just takes too long most of the time

Very fast, friendly prompt service. Establishment was neat and clean. Pizza was fantastic

It's honestly just the waiting time. Food is good as always but small location so be patient.

The work staff is very rude. Your wait time is terrible when its supposed to be fast food. Its more like 1000 years later food am i right people 😂. The food has really went down hill from when they first started. Its just a terrible experience all around to begin with. Even when they are super late with your food they don't even offer nothing for there mess ups. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone tbh. But y'all do what you want. I ordered my food at 4:05 and it's 4:57 and I have still not received it. This place has turned out to be the worst food service place in Semmes. If you don't order fresh it tastes awful. Fresh apparently takes over an hour. My order was literally one pep pizza, one order of the pepperoni muffin things, and two orders of regular bread sticks. Nothing major or too big. I could see waiting maybe 30 min but an hour is beyond ridiculous!

Don't even bother coming here unless you order ahead of time, and if you do order ahead of time wait about 30 minutes AFTER the app says your food is ready or you'll be in for a surprise. After that, if you manage to get your food, just pray that the workers felt like actually fully cooking your food that day ?.

And before you think "maybe they were just really busy for that visit." No. This is probably the fifth experience like this i've had before making this review.

We’ve been in the parking lot waiting for well over an hour. Almost an hour & a half. We got here at 6:20pm, & it’s now exactly 7:40pm. We’re stuck with at least 10 other cars, some of who has been waiting longer. But since they have already taken our money, we can’t do anything but wait. We ordered 2 pizzas and a side of bread sticks. That’s it. They take your money AND THEN tell you to pull up. You have no idea though, that you’ll be waiting over an hour, with screaming kids in the back seat. We don’t mind waiting, but over an hour & a half & counting, for 2 pizzas? We could have went to a sit down restaurant & been done by now. I get people are short staffed, but on a Saturday night they need to have these things already prepared. This is why we never come here, but figured we’d give it another shot so we can get something quick/easy, after being at the football field all day. NEVER AGAIN. Assuming we even get our food eventually. Still never again.

It is OK. Not consistent. I get the same thing every time, Crazy Puffs, and they are not aways the same. Sometimes way to greasy...sometime the wrong ingredients. I ask for Cheese...got Pepperoni. Usually not ready when the web site says they will be. But I am addicted to Crazy Puffs...so I will be back.

Been sitting here waiting at the window while the manager and coworker chat. My pizza I ordered was sitting on the COUNTER COLD. This place never has it together whether you place an order before or order at the window.
