The owner is so rude. I had 4 grandkids with me and the disrespect was even noticed by these young children. Also, I had paid for a dozen donuts and he didn't even give them to me. I refuse to go there again!!!

I am a regular customer that is always encouraging support for your restaurant. But that stops today. I was treated so terribly this morning. The gentleman that worked this morning needs to retire or learn how to speak and treat customers with respect. I was belittled and talked down to when trying to place my order. Very unprofessional. I won't be back and I am warning others to stay away from your restaurant.

Went in on a Sunday morning. Man was not nice. Got donuts and kolaches. They are definitely not cooked that day. Not good at all. Had to throw out. Dry and terrible. Spent $30.

The Donuts are wonderful and big but the man at the counter has a horrible attitude and very rude. I don’t normally give bad reviews because I am a very positive person. He was so rude after I bought my donuts i was talking to a man in parking lot he came to take a picture of me in my car after I told him that he didn’t have to be so mean and I was gonna let everyone that I knew know not to go there.

Totally would recommend this place but … just know that the guy at the counter has a horrible attitude The donuts are really Good and BiG but the meanness of the of the guy out weigh the goodness of the donuts when I told him he did not have be ugly when I ask ?s and I walked out after paying and getting my donuts a fella in parking lot I ask him if he had been there he said yes many times … I said he has attitude today the mean man walked out telling me not to talk to his customers and click a picture of me and my tag I normally go out of my way to give a good review but

We have come here many times despite being met with poor customer service. The small man who runs the window is so rude. Sundays we will stop by before church and he is always so irritated and abrupt. He looks in the vehicle at me and my children with disdain. It is the oddest behavior because we always are warm and courteous towards him. This morning he lost us as customers permanently. We waited over 5 minutes at the window and he never peeped out to say he would be with us. When he came to the window he began fussing about telling me he was coming and tonwait. We never spoke to him before he opened the window. He snapped for me to tell him my order. I hesitated briefly and considered ordering but I can not continue to support such poor service. I said, "Its ok. We will leave". He snapped and said, "Good! Go!" Something is wrong with this bitter man. Yes, my boys love their donuts but my goodness that guy is a ball of evil.
The man behind the counter is insanely rude. Never would I act this way and expect to not get reamed on the daily.

Went there this morning to get donuts 5/16. While trying to figure out exactly what I wanted the guy was being completely rude. To some up my whole experience he pretty much said I was taking to long to only get three donuts. Will not be back. Will take my business some where else where they don’t rush their customers!

1 Star I usually try to support local businesses, but I won’t be coming back here. The guy behind the counter was incredibly rude for no reason at all. Customer service matters just as much as the product, and being treated like an inconvenience is not worth it. Disappointing experience.

Chinese guy was rude and talked very rude. It was very uncalled for. So I didn't give him a tip. U need to treat people more nicer. And get off your phone... U try to call phone doesn't work.
