We have come here many times despite being met with poor customer service. The small man who runs the window is so rude. Sundays we will stop by before church and he is always so irritated and abrupt. He looks in the vehicle at me and my children with disdain. It is the oddest behavior because we always are warm and courteous towards him. This morning he lost us as customers permanently. We waited over 5 minutes at the window and he never peeped out to say he would be with us. When he came to the window he began fussing about telling me he was coming and tonwait. We never spoke to him before he opened the window. He snapped for me to tell him my order. I hesitated briefly and considered ordering but I can not continue to support such poor service. I said, "Its ok. We will leave". He snapped and said, "Good! Go!" Something is wrong with this bitter man. Yes, my boys love their donuts but my goodness that guy is a ball of evil.

I went to get breakfast like I do every Sunday morning pulled up to the drive through the owner opened the window and when I asked for just one second he walked away for 5 min I proceeded to yell I’m ready but no one came when I went inside the owner told me it’s not his job to wait at the window I have to yell when I’m ready I said I actually did 4 times an you didn’t come I thought it was supposed to be customer is always right but he wanted to argue with me

The best gosh dang boudin kolaches I've ever had, everything is made fresh in store, and still reasonably priced!! If you are looking for donuts and bakery goods that'll please the palate, Midtown Donuts does not disappoint!

First you can't go inside as the door has a sign saying drive thru drive thru drive thru because you know some people would like to pick out donuts visually then drove around to the drive thru and waited on the car in front of me when I pull up I wait 30sec for the rude owner to walk up I haven't decided what I wanted to buy for my entire store he says to me "Come on man" I said ok and drove off i was a good customer as I would buy my team donuts a couple times a month for years but thanks for being rude door dash knows where Krispy cream is

The food was delicious and very affordable. My two kids and I were able to eat for less than $12. The man was nice and polite to us. We sat and ate there. The booth was tidy, but some music in the background may have been nice. All in all, we'll be coming back for more donuts.

Love them apple fritters, maple bacon donuts and the kolaches. Phillip the owner always has a smile on his face, and a laugh to share with you. His food is cooked daily and FRESH!!!

Delicious doughnuts! Went back a second day for just one and they have a minimum credit purchase of $4 so he just gave me the doughnut! That is how you get customers to return. He seemed to be more concerned about the service he was providing than the money he would make. Thanks again!

The man who runs this place is so hateful and rude the place is run down .came Saturday with my kids and he came to the window I asked him to give us a sec right off the bat he had a attitude I sat in line ten min finally went back around and he jumped all over me I'm sick of this man this isn't the first time he's acted like this but I have it a second chance cause my daughter loved there doughnut hole but never again while I give them my hard earned money i drove all the way to Krispy kream and bought 60 worth of doughnuts for my family this is ridiculous for a business owner to treat people so rude I hope when my voice being expressed we can get him out
