The food was wrong. I called. No help. The toppings were clumped on 2 slices of the pizza. Really? Even distribution is what is taught right? Send them back to pizza school. Cold pizza doesn’t make it better and I don’t live far. I would have just come get it it if the kids weren’t sleeping.

The app is difficult to use and substitutes or mistakes items. The call line is some India call center. Congratulations PapaJohns you’ve officially modernized your company into a place that’s too much of a pain to order from. I am no longer a customer. Too many pizza places around to have to deal with these type of issues

I have ordered delivery several times. There is always a problem paying with their digital service. I tell my card number. It's always, "I didn't get that". Then I put the number in from my keypad. Same thing. 3 times each call I go through this. That's it for me.

I asks to be called when they got here because I'm working on an RV. They sent doordash who never called. I called within minutes of the driver getting here and still no pizza. Then my card which processed instantly will take 2 days to be refunded. So now I have no dinner and no money to get dinner now.

We enjoyed what we got, but we didn't get everything we ordered. The pepperoni mushroom pizza had only mushrooms and no pepperoni!
Normally we have no problem with Papa Johns. However from start to finish we aren’t satisfied this evening. One pizza has light sauce on it and it was supposed to have HEAVY SAUCE. The sides that we ordered are not correct. The food was cold when it got here and about 25 minutes past when it was promised. The time frame can be overlooked. We paid for an order and the order wasn’t correct. As I said we NEVER have this problem. Idk if it is the rain or they’re just too busy but we’ve also been holding for about 26 minutes to correct the problem

I stopped by to get my favorite ( humble pie no pepperoni). Every time I'm in semmes I cannot pass it by. Why don't you all think about putting one on government st. Close to ann st. Or before broad St. ( Mega money). Godfathers is the best pizza ever made. Keep up the good work ❤️
Kid-friendliness: You don't have my favorite selection but the humble pie is without wordsr the best pizza godfather make. It's the best for kids birthday parties too. What will boost it is if more games for kids an maybe an amount or coins for the children to play on. You can make more money if you had more for 5-13 year olds to do while dining. All kids love pepperoni pizza. Also discounts on large, extra large(Not bundles) and mini pizzas for seniors. Godfathers is still the best. Love it!!! Love it!!!

Ordered Delivery from location in Semmes.Pizza and wings were stone cold when they reached my home. Requested to be cooked a bit longer- it wasn’t.Not sure if the delivery driver took his time because I didn’t tip online, BUT- I tipped a $20 in cash when he arrived.Not worth it.
