Ordered a Pizza, it was wrong. I took it back in the lady was rude. She gave me my money back, I was just going to turn around and order another Pizza but she walked away and left me standing there. Needless to say that was my lunch hour and I didn't get no lunch today. I doubt I will ever use Papa. John's again. And I thought it was a good place.

This location is a regular for our family. It is always clean and everyone is always very helpful. The new BarBQue chicken pan pizza is definitely one of our favorites.

1 PERSON WORKING. Some people left because it takes so long. Only 1 person doing EVERYTHING. Order was called in and still waited 50 minutes. No gloves no hair nets and barley washed their hands.

Placed an order online around 3/3:30 pm for our food to be DELIVERED by 6:30 pm. Pizza did not arrive until 7:03 pm and was COLD. I will add that when we called to check on the order around 6:20pm or so, the manager (who did not sound very friendly AT ALL) stated it was in the oven and was about to be given to a driver to deliver. When we asked why the delay because of being placed online in such an advanced time…she stated that they were busy. Nothing more.

The food was wrong. I called. No help. The toppings were clumped on 2 slices of the pizza. Really? Even distribution is what is taught right? Send them back to pizza school. Cold pizza doesn’t make it better and I don’t live far. I would have just come get it it if the kids weren’t sleeping.
Missing food and sauces. Delivery driver appeared to be high.

The app is difficult to use and substitutes or mistakes items. The call line is some India call center. Congratulations PapaJohns you’ve officially modernized your company into a place that’s too much of a pain to order from. I am no longer a customer. Too many pizza places around to have to deal with these type of issues

I have ordered delivery several times. There is always a problem paying with their digital service. I tell my card number. It's always, "I didn't get that". Then I put the number in from my keypad. Same thing. 3 times each call I go through this. That's it for me.
