Wonderful experience and atmosphere every time I go. I appreciate the warmth and sincerity of the waiters/ waitresses. The food is excellent, and I enjoy each time more than the last.

Firstly, I apologize for possibly coming off as a Karen when I have truly given many, many chances and this was the breaking point. To start off, I picked up my food everything was great and I could tell they were busy so I obviously didn’t mind the wait, t’was all good, then realized it was a good thing I ordered extra sauce because half of the lids were not on properly and spilled all in my bags- a minor inconvenience but a sucky one and then the kicker… my chicken (now on several occasions) has been burnt. THIS TIME specifically, my chicken is absolutely ruined. The chicken itself is fine, technically, but it was burnt/ charred in some places and then it tasted as though the grill had not been cleaned or the oil had been burned. I tried picking around it but through and through after four other people tried it, all of us agreed it’s BURNT. Chicken should not be tough to chew nor should it taste like straight charcoal. I’m highly disappointed as the quality of this restaurant just seems to keep going down the drain and it absolutely breaks my heart as this was once my favorite restaurant and I have many childhood memories here. Once again, I’m extremely disappointed and pretty bummed out. :(

I love the atmosphere but the sashimi is not the best grade. And they're spicy tuna roll had cucumber which is not typically added. I hate cucumber by the way LOL. Service was great but just disappointed with my nigiri / sashimi
