Little home town vibe . Good food . Clean and homey. They treat you like family. Music playing in the back ground not loud but just enough you can hear it and still have conversation.

The service was horrible...ordered a pepperoni and onion pizza...brought us an onion and cheese pizza...5 minutes later brought us the cheese pizza back with pepperonis on it...pick the pizza up to eat it and the pepperonis was falling off!! Ridiculous!!!

While the food is good. The service is horrible but it’s not the servers fault. They are not allowed to have specific sections and have to service the whole restaraunt. Which means they end up not being able to give table the attention they need. Plus the management makes them split tips which is absolutely ridiculous since a tip is a reward for good service.
Tonight we witnessed two servers who have been at the restaraunt for a while now have to do triple the work while the other newer ones dragged their feet. The veteran servers were treated horribly by customers due to them having to run around. Hopefully management will allow them to have specific areas again before they start loosing business. Especially considering they are going to expand.

Their food truck was at Oyster City Brewing and we got the Manhattan pie. Great quality, plentiful on toppings. Highly recommend!

Best pizza place in Semmes !! Top notch food, amazing customer service , and a welcoming friendly atmosphere. I can not recommend this place enough. Pizza, wings, burgers there’s nothing on this menu you won’t enjoy !! Make sure you stop at Semmes house of pizza for your next date night or family outing !!!!

10/18/2024 Decided to take a chance and order a pizza with salads for p/u. Pizza was hot and ready upon arrival. We made it home and discovered we had the wrong or messed up order. We ordered the medium Manhattan with a couple of Greek salads and received a large thin crust that only had a few toppings ?. I try to keep an open mind as to the day of week, peak times, etc., but the last few visits have progressively declined in food quality and attention to details regarding orders. 07/13/2024 Visited here again and the staff was less than competent. We ordered pizza and calzone. Both came out under cooked and doughy. Before we received our food, they brought us our check. Not sure where the previous staff members are, but I sure wish they were back.

Honestly, if you've never been outside of alabama, you might find this to be good... but coming from the northeast and being italian. No. It's like they watched a season of the sopranos and decided to open a pizza shop. The mozzarella sticks were so big they didn't have that mozzarella pull to them, like you would expect getting hot mozzarella sticks. The pizza dough was so thick and chewy it was inedible. Definitely not any type of NY style anything. If you're not from here and looking for good Italian food.. this isn't it.

Waited for 30 minutes for a Caesar salad and then pizza came out cold. Had 3 servers with only a half full restaurant. Not what I had in the past. Probably want be back.
