Well once again, order was wrong, appearance of food was awful! The taste was food was not good. Not all of the order was in the bag.
It is a shame that people work so hard for their money and the service around this town is so terribly bad! And the management is just as bad because they do absolutely NOTHING about it.
WILL NOT BE BACK. Which I know means nothing to Sonic, but if anyone reads this review, SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not go to the Sonic in Semmes, AL

Ain't been too Sonic in a while. Average fast food quality food. Drive in is the ultimate in service.
The kids who work here seemed to not be raised right with how disrespectful and rude they are. I was at the drive thru speaker for about close to ten minutes while patiently waiting for the girl with glasses to take my order as she was making eye contact with me. It was around 8:30 PM that I drove up and proceeded to explain to the girl that I had been waiting for a long period of time and she told me that âyour car wasnât positioned right.â At that point, I wasnât going to be rude back.. but the little girl simply did not like her job and made it obvious with the disgusting attitude she had. Sonic, yall can have that and the nastiest, most sour âsonic blastâ without my extra Reeseâs I paid for. đ„Ž

I decided to try sonic today for lunch since I had a coupon in my coupon book that I bought from semmes elementary. It was for a B1G1 sonic burger, I went to 3 different stalls and all of them was out of order, so I went to the other side to order. I ordered 2 sonic burgers ( told her I had a coupon) she was very rude to start off with. I also ordered 3 kids meals. 5 mins later here comes my food, which I thought was very fast and efficient. I got home to eat and my burger tasted weird like old meat or something wrong with the mayo so I fed it to my dogs. My friend did the same with her burger she couldn't eat it and threw it away. Second, all three kids meals was god awful also, all 5 meals had to be thrown away. Two of them was chicken tenders kids meals, very nasty tasted like grease including the tots. My kids wouldn't eat it. I also ordered a root beer with vanilla, tasted like nothing but vanilla with no root beer. Please do better a waste of $26 very disappointed.

Great strawberry slushy. Good happy hour deals. Burgers and hot dogs have very good flavor but are messy quite often.

Pulled in at 12pm on Monday. Was put on hold when I pushed the button. Had a car hop come out and told me to push button again after 10 minutes of waiting. Push button again and asked to wait again. Drove off at 1219pm without ever ordering.

half the time when you order mox sticks they donât give you marina , now I just ordered the pickle fries and received no ranch that is supposed to come with??? On top of that I added jalapeños to my burger for $1 and of course they didnât do that either!!! So annoying.
