I went to this location once 2 years ago and the service and food were horrible so I stopped going. Fast forward to today and guess what it hasn’t changed! 2/2 times and I was treated the same way. Your staff totally lacks communication skills and the food is cold and my slush tasted like red water! This may be a franchise but corporate needs to know who is representing their name!

I went to the drive through @Sonic in Semmes a little over an hour ago and ordered a Sonic burger with sz medium fries. It was the nastiest shit I've seen in a long time! The bun was soaking wet to the point it couldn't be picked up w/o your fingers going through it and the fries were no more than about 1-1/2inches long that were soft,cold and inedible!!!!! $10.00 for a small sack of pure slop! I never go to Sonic because a couple of years ago i got a soaking wet,cold hot dog that idk how it could have been the puddle to that it was unless it was intentionally soaked. NEVER AGAIN will i buy another thing from that disgusting place! I'm mad at myself for ever going there again! It would have made just as much sense to soak a $10 bill and eat it!

1. Chris, I understand that working the drive-thru can be stressful, but raising your tone and showing attitude toward any customer is counterproductive.
2. When a customer pulls up to the window claiming they placed an online order and that their food was mistakenly given away, please do not ask for their phone to confirm the order—only to then completely reverse course and attempt to have us re-order the food they mishandled and gave away for free. This is especially frustrating after the staff repeatedly claimed they never received our order in the first place.
3. As a cautionary tale: never hand your phone to a fast food employee. Hold it up for them to see instead. God only knows what else they’re forgetting while giving away people’s orders for free.
4. To make matters worse, when we attempted to confirm whether we were even at the correct store location, not a single employee could identify the address or verify the location they were working at. None of them. That level of disorganization is unacceptable for any business.

The absolute worst sonics in America! Poor customer service Oliver the manager should not be over anything very rude! On weekends it’s the club and hangout spot anytime you go the wait is over 30 mins even when you order ahead and app
Usually, we have wonderful experiences at Sonic and have enjoyed going since they opened. During this visit, the burgers were not good at all. They tasted old and not like the regular burger. We waited quite a while in the drive thru to even move up after we ordered, and it wasn't any busier than normal. Everyone has rough days, so we will write it off to that.
Other than this visit, we have enjoyed fast service through the drive thru our pulling into the parking spot and ordering. The food has always been good, no matter what we have gotten from burgers, chicken bites, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers and desserts.

I can't understand how these people can't tell the difference between a SAUSAGE AND EGG ON TEXAS TOAST and a Burrito. For the past month, every time I've ordered the Texas toast I get home and find i have a burrito. smh.
Stopped for a my usual rt44 coke. Tired to order on the app so I could get my discount but it said they were not taking online orders. This was 12/30/24 @ about 5pm

Ordered chicken bites, mozerella sticks and a drink, after 20 minutes, someone came to the window and asked what our order was. They finally handed the order out and it was COLD!
