Did not send my whole order with DoorDash, the sandwiches did not have the fixings as requested. My dasher went back to get the missing items and I still didn’t receive everything. Do better! I work hard for my money!

We went in 15 minutes before closing and were greeted with a smile . While ordering my friend was picky and the young man handled it well along with some laughter.

Place is nasty customer service sucks and when I called to speak to manager a lady called me back being rude to me saying I will be banned from ever ordering there again I said thank you Will be contact corporate she said she was corporate Not likely speaking to customers that way very rude hopefully subway can shut this place down ?

This place is terrible for online orders don't do it. I ordered lunch and picked it up got shorted a sandwich and my cookies and was told I could come back after work since I obviously could not just make my lunch longer at work so I go in after work and they say we were not here then we can't do anything about it so im out my $12 for a sandwich and my money for my cookies and they don't care thanks for leaving a note 1st shift will not be back to this store for sure

Came in and the workers says he’s working on a online order which took about 15 min of me waiting while there was another worker out sitting in the dinning area chilling literally the worst subway in semmes or mobile

Only giving 1 star because that’s what I have to give. They do not pay attention to DoorDash orders an do things how they want to, then when you call they want to take the phone off the hook. WORST SUBWAY TO ORDER

Seriously incompetent. Thought it would be better to do an online order and they flat out ignored the *special request*. Asked for extra toasted.. wasn’t toasted AT ALL. asked for condiments BEFORE toppings . Complete disregard. Please hire people who can correctly do the job

Purchased two 6 inch sandwiches two cups of tea and two chips. Too Pricey for the quality. Will not be going back. Should have left the sandwiches on the counter and walked out.

The review left by Frank Myers is a tale spun in fantasy. Mr. Myers camera footage does not lie. Not only did you call the female juvenile employee multiple profanities, you chose to intimidate her by swinging your arms around and bangingon the counter. All this over four pieces of cheese. Do better and have the day you deserve!

I ordered 2EA sandwiches. The #5 caprico ham&mozzarella, and #10 turkey&bacon. I picked the ordered up and went home only to find out the sandwich #5 had no MOZZARELLA on it. I call the store and told the girl on the phone what happened and SHE TOLD ME she didn't make the sandwich. I told her I don't care who made it and she hung up on me. I tried calling back but no answer. So I take all the food back to the store. And the girl that answered the phone came to the counter and proceeded to pickup the mozzarella cheese to put on the sandwich and LIED AGAIN about not answering the phone. I started cursing and told her to give me my money back. She threatened to call the police. I told her to call them. She told me to come back tomorrow, I told her to call thee manager. Manager shows up getting loud with telling me I was rude and she wasn't even there. TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH RUDE AND LYING EMPLOYEE'S!!!

I ordered a pickup order. I put in the notes to make sure and toast all 3 subs. Only one was toasted. I called to complain and they said they threw away their copy of the receipt.

Me and my mom went in to get both of us a sub each for dinner on October 19th we saw a commercial saying buy one get one half off and one of the workers said that the ad was only for coupons and the commercial never said anything about coupons and the same person was rushing my mother for the money. My mother just got over battling colon cancer she don't have all of her strength back 100% I hope that someone could help me in this matter.
