I just spent an extra $4.40 for a to go order with their new to go policy. My order was over $30 and wasn’t right. I didn’t get egg on my sandwich, no double hash browns and no jalapeño. You can’t call because the orders are on line now and they won’t answer. What? I’m going to have to go by there on my way to work at 6 in the morning.?

Menu was absolutely disgusting to touch as was the salt/pepper shakers. Food was not cooked per request, toast was barely toasted on one side the other was untoasted white bread. We looked at other people orders and they were holding up the poor example of the toasted bread and slightly under cooked waffle like the one we had been served. This place absolutely doesn't care about the food it sends out of the people. Now the waffle house on Zeigler and schillingers does a great job and they seem to want people to come back to eat again.

My wife and I come here every Sunday. Love the crew. Service is always great. Tangie has been our server for years. She’s so sweet and kind always friendly and a joy to be around. She’s definitely management material. Jennifer is our second favorite! She’s has such a great personality very professional. They both deserve a raise . Great atmosphere.
Horrible atmosphere, horrible to-go service, and needs more dedicated workers and staff. Call to place an order and they just answer the phone and put you on hold and let the phone sit there for 12+ mins resulting in hearing everyone's conversations and they are not worried about taking your order. Horrible Service!

Let's start with the 2 $2.95 fees they charge u. A TOGO FEE.. TO PAY FOR BAG AND TAKE OUT PLATE WHICH SHLD ALSO MEAN CONDIMENTS AND EATTING UTENSILS.. THAT IS PART OF TOGO.. THEN THE SERVICE FEE. ORDER MY HUSBAND PATTY MELT PLATE ADD TOMS BACON AND LETTUCE TO IT.. NO TIMES A SLIVER OF LETTUCE AND BACON.. PLATE INCULDES HASH BROWNS HE HAD A SMIGIT OF THOSE AND TOP IT OF THEY BURNT HIS FOOD.. SMDH.. We ate here regularly needless to say TONITE WAS OUR LAST NITE U NEED TO HIRE URVOLD COOKS AND WAITRESS BACK THEY ALWAYS TOOK CARE OF UR CUSTOMERS NOT THESE SO CALLED WANTABES I GOT THERE NOW... If I cld of posted with no ⭐ or just a half one I wld of CUZ TRUST THEY DID NOT DESERVE ONE ⭐

first ill start with theb$2.95btrogo fee they charge well togo means u supply eatting utienles and condments that i did not recieve strike one.. then the $2.95 service fee they charge u... for what i order a patty melt plate for my husband with lettuce toms and bacon he got one sliver of lettuce no toms and very little bacon and then it was burn on top of that.. and plate means hashbrowns lol that was a joke he got a smigit of hashbrowns.. smh... u need to hire backur old waitress and cooks u had they took care of ur cust... needless to say $36 bucks and for shitty ass food... will not be back!!!! if i cld of posted this with out giving it a star or even half star i wld of but i had to give it one but trust they did not even desreve it!!!!
