My granddaughter and her friends had a great time having her birthday party there. š However I believe the trampolines should have been a coin/time play option and not a $8.00 a child charge on top of the $24:99 per child charge. They cannot play the arcade games and jump on trampolines at the same time in the 2 hours allotted.
Do they still have the animatronics here?
Just some advice ⦠donāt pay the extra $10 per child for your kids to get āunlimited jump time.ā Itās a money grabber! I was the only one who paid for both of my kids to jump, and literally every other child that was there was jumping without paying. Save your money! Let them jump anyway! Just a money grabber like everything else here!!
My granddaughter had her 5th birthday party here. We were treated great! Everyone of the staff was amazing. We couldn't of asked for a better experience.
This one is very small but was very clean. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack of explanation about the salad bar and the tiny trampoline enclosure. It was 8.99 for 1 small plate to the salad bar and the enclosure was like a medium bouncy house for $12.00.
Fun place to celebrate a birthday. Pizza was hot and fresh, games were full, service was good.
Came at 6:30 and everywhere said they close at 8 and the woman said she couldnāt give us any cards to play bc they are about to close this is crazy because the lowest card isnāt over an hour. When theyāre customers in the right now playing
We had the best time
Fun for the whole family. Very clean. Nice clean bathrooms. Great staff. Salad bar was fresh and stocked. Games were in good working order and only about 1 to 2 tokens each.
Chuck E made a special surprise appearance for my grandson since it was his birthday.

It is very clean workers are friendly and very knowledgeable about games.
All I can say is that we went there celebrating our daughter's birthday and they did a great job with service and food. We will be back.

Very short staffed and a cluster of unknown lines that form to either place orders or cash in rewards

Does not accept summer fun passes. We've been to 14 locations in a one year period and this is the first one that doesn't accept it. It was also so busy that you couldn't walk around without bumping into another person. I've never seen a chuck e cheese that packed and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure the fire code would allow it either lol. Like Chuck E Cheese on a saturday with 4 birthday parties is generally less crowded than what we saw. There were two preschool graduations and they all went there so maybe thats why they dont accept the pass? Maybe because this community uses it for their events? Regardless, we decided to drive on and go somewhere else because paying extra to fight through a crowd isn't enjoyable. But two stars mainly for not taking the pass. We use Chuck E Cheese for traveling to break up our trips and hopefully this is the only location that we will come across that doesnt participate like the rest of them do!
Also, it would be insanely easy to lose your child in there with how many people were crammed in. There weren't any employees manning the door. This gives parents a false sense of security. I would honestly just do away with the kids check if you're not going to use it. Especially when it's like a where's Waldo page in there.
