Don't bother going after lunchtime, they won't even come out to take your order. This has happened on 3 occasions so I've quit going all together.

Good food and value ?Donna is rude and grumpy ?Quaint throwback atmosphere.Best chicken ? tenders and patty melt sandwich in the Shoals.Self service once you can get your order taken. Drive up wait time during lunch is frequently ridiculously long. Not a "customer satisfaction" driven staff.
Parking: Difficult to see around store sign when pulling out of parking lot onto Hatch Blvd.
Food was ok.... burgers are frozen... onion rings were probably the best

Absolutely terrible Customer Service.I don’t never write reviews but this place it has really good food overpriced but good.There employees are not very pleasant went to get food other day maybe 5:15.Go in trying to find out what my husband wants and the girl in the back said what is she doing she said she’s trying to figure out what she’s going to order very rude I turned around walked out.DONT recommend

My family tried to get an order to go. Walked in, stood at the counter yesterday, 10/16 between 4-5:20 and made eye contact not once but several times with a wait person. No words spoken from the employee. 10 minutes my spouse stood there and no one would take the order, which was going to be above $40. Such terrible customer service skills. Awful! Finally got ticked off and she left. The wings from Publix were sure good. I’m sure glad this local mom n pop establishment wants locals to visit and get ignored because they think they don’t need the business I guess. Embarrassing because I talked them up to get the dinner order from there. Well, never again.
