Jack's is and has always been the go-to fast food place for myself and my family! They never disappoint and there is always some new item on the menu whether it's there to stay or only available for a limited time! My last visit I ordered the Grilled Chicken BLT Salad, something I hadn't had in awhile. It was sooooo good, and not just some small thing either..

I love Jack's thick chocolate shakes but my Dad went by Sheffield's Jack's location today 8/20/25 and picked me up a supposed thick chocolate shake and came straight home and the shake was basically chocolate milk, I have never left a bad review but this is frustrating.

Girl on front line made sure I got everything I wanted to order, the food was cooked fresh, best experience I have had eating at Jack's anywhere in the 256 area. Best believe I'm coming back to Jack's for more more more. Crew was Awesome they don't need to fire anybody or hire anybody that's going to mess it up. That was perfect!!
