Went in to sit and eat. They gave us our order a little at a time. The food wasnt prepared all together so some of the food was cold when we finally received everything. It took nearly 20 minutes and which made us pressed for time.

Came through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes when there was only one car at the window! Then when I got to the window there was 4 people in the front laughing and cutting up. I don’t think the store is being managed correctly. Because I work in fast food even manage it. Was nice people but horrible customer service, also forgot my fry. But I’m not going back to fries where old and cold.

This by far the worst McDonald’s I ever been too very young and disrespectful the lightskin lady with glasses just so disrespectful with long ponytail hair please grow respect .
Adding to this review. I ordered through the app so that the order would be ready. I waited 5 minutes in the parking lot before going to the drive thru. There were 5 cars in front of me. Get to the speaker and had to wait there, then got to the second window got my drinks and was asked to move up. Waited another 5 minutes. Then when I got my food the fries were not cooked all the way and the sauces were missing. The whole reason for ordering prior was to get the food immediately when I got there.
Very slow. Took 15 minutes to get 3 cones and a mcflurry

Entirely to much mustard on the burgers, it was all over the paper and the people working drive through were slow and lacked customer service skills.

Be faster, if I order ahead...it should be started at least..not started ten minutes after I arrive?
Also... Remove the shoes from the lobby, get the outlet working behind the coke dispenser so there's no extension cord, and spring for the zevo traps... The bug tape hanging from ceiling is very tacky and a turn off from eating there

Literally waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the drive thru speaker, then the girl taking out order rang up something totally different than what we had asked for, when I pointed it out, she said yeah I know, they'll fix it.... Uhh okay... My sister and I ordered two sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, with 2 large waters... Got to the window to pay, waited 7 minutes before anybody even opened the window, gave us our waters, which were yellow & then told us that we had to pull up, all while being on their cell phone. Never once even made eye contact. We pulled up, waited 5 minutes, the guy that walked the order out to us was on his cell phone the whole time and never said a word, just shoved the bag at us.
Then to top off the already bad experience, the freaking sandwichs had NO egg on it. We paid more money for the egg & didn't even get it.
As a manager of a fast food restaurant, I'd be horribly embarrassed if my employees acted in the way that these ones did. I would also be looking for new emplyees

I don't know who that new black manager is but he means business. I don't normally do McDonald's orders when I door dash but if I do is only when I know he's there. Because he right up there waiting on his door dashers to come in and that lets me know that they should have someone dedicated on the front just for those orders cause alot of times the reason I don't take those orders is because there's not always someone up there in the front and the wait time is crazy. But I like this guy.

If I pay for something, I expect to receive it. Ingredients were missing as well. I’ve worked in the food industry. That’s how I know this was done on purpose or due to laziness. Customer service could be better as well.

The new manager staff and new owners are all rude and stated that customer service is to their discretion so if you ask for something to be special made they no longer have to do that because other customers may not like the way your drinks are made the manager went as far as to say if her workers make my frappe the way I like they will be fired that those who like theirs messy is few and they have to go by what many like not what few like so in other words not everyone is a valued customer
