The people are usually pretty nice, and their service is average, and getting your food correct is usually pretty good, too. I've not really had a problem with that. All in all, it's good enough for me to keep going back, so that says a lot. Just remember, no food service place is perfect, but have a good attitude when you're going to places.

Apparently common sense, customer service, and communication skills are all optional for employees here. Ordered a McFlurry, got a cup of ice cream with the oreos sitting on top. When I asked why it wasn't mixed like it's been for the better part of 20 years, I was met with "Uh.. we ain't got them kinda spoons no mo I don't guess.." Somebody come fix this place, before every brain dead employee bankrupts this business.

I went in get my usual m griddle and ice coffee Carmel It was so bad (tasted sour) the lady said I make it the same way. Made me another I just threw it away. Thanks for your concern.
Was waiting on a curbside order this morning but ended up having to go in and get it. An employee was standing at the counter talking to a customer. I was late to work because I was waiting on my food.
