Food was good. Service was slow—may not have been all the server’s fault but never expected to sit in Outback for 2 hours on a Sunday night. Took extra time because of a mix up on the bill then had to wait a long time for the card to be run.

The service was good but the food wasn't good at all for the 180 dollars that was spent there the steaks was bland they also was cooked on a flat top grill my dad's steak tasted like it was deep fried the pasta my wife and daughter got was dry it probably the worst food I've gotten from somewhere and my dad asked the waitress how was his steak prepared and her response was it was cooked on a flat top grill with seasoning put on it she asked him if he would like them to recook it but he said no then she walked off she didn't even offer for the manager to come to the table or take his food off of the ticket with all this said they have ruined outback for me just bc they cook there steaks on a flat top grill who does that so disappointed

Undercooked steak, then when I asked to send it back they got smart alike and overcooked it to where I couldn't eat it hardly. I will not be coming back here.

Normally outback is amazing but today they forgot 1 of my sides I had to call about the issue and then when I thought everything was fine I got to my steak and noticed it was easy to cut like butter and found out it was rare after I specially marked medium well ? but overall the blooming onion was the highlight of the night yes I could've taken the steak back to get a refund cause it was very inconvenient but I ended up cooking it myself which I tried to avoid that's why I ordered out in the first place!

Giving 3 stars because we usually have a good experience, but this last time I was really disappointed. To be fair, there were 6 of us and the only mess up was with my order, other than the fact that my mother's steak was really tough even though she ordered it medium rare. I had the steak and shrimp pasta, and ordered my steak well done. I know that this restaurant often sends out well done steaks almost rare, that's fine, i just ask for them to put it back on for a few minutes. Sure enough, my steak came out medium rare. I asked them to cook it some more, that I had wanted it well done, and they took it back. They had my food back there almost half an hour. By the time they brought it back, everyone else had completely finished their meal, but the real kicker wad that after all that, my steak STILL had pink in the middle. They offered to take it back again, but at that point I just asked them to take the plate and remove it from the check. Hoping this was just a one time issue. However, their cooks absolutely need training on how to cook steaks to order. Not everyone likes rare meat.

Great service, great food, great staff. Front and back of house staff are always excellent. Bartenders are fast and make fantastic drinks. Every experience I’ve had here has been pleasant and enjoyable. Will continue to visit this establishment every chance I get.
