I am specifically reviewing Cloverdale rd location in Florence AL. I see some of the reviews, particularly negative seem to focus on other locations. So these guys are always cool and professional. The food takes about 20 minutes, and they are consistent. This isn't McD, they actually cook your order. I think their food is great, and worth the wait. Some say it is a little pricey but everything is crazy high. Phillycheese, ribeye sandwiches, few other steaks I have had were very good. Haven't had a bad experience so wanted to give this spot da bump.

I ordered the cobb salad. There wasn't hardly any meat, no egg. Basically mushrooms and wilted lettuce. Was really disappointed because last time I ate the salad it was really good

The food was good, but the language between the cook the owner or whoever it was working the counter at that time, it's horrible. The FedEx guy came in and his mouth was just as filthy as all the rest of them I got sick to my stomach listening to them talk, will not be back
