This building and architecture are gorgeous, and we had some beautiful pictures on the porch.... But sadly, that's about where the level of satisfaction ended. We had a party of 5... 2 ordered filet mignons and 1 ordered a ribeye, and none of the 3 were cooked correctly... From very overdone (we could say burnt) to raw when they tried to fix it, to a filet that was very chewy, it was sadly disappointing.
Another person ordered shrimp and grits, and it was super bland, zero flavor.... Just dry white grits and brown gravy with charred shrimp. This was a special lunch for an 80th birthday, and just disappointing overall quality of the food. We appreciated the dessert to try and compensate, but would want others to be aware of our experience before driving with anticipation for an underwhelming experience.

I got the appetizer smoked salmon dip with tortilla chips. Y'all, if you like Salmon, try this it's so good. Did someone say dessert? Umm, yes, please. I got the cream brulee. Which was gone before I could get a picture. This is a much place to eat. I'll be back.

I ad the fried catfish meal. They have the best tartar sauce I've ever had. Always great service. Kat never let out glasses get empty. She was very sweet.

Small menu, but good food. I usually get the shrimp and grits or the fried catfish filets with their house made hot sauce. Creme Brulee is on point.
Parking: Depending on what's going on downtown, you may end up having to park a block away.
