Customer service was good. The food absolutely AMAZING! You definately get what you pay for. I got the tender combo, catfish plate, pulled pork sandwhich, and the philly. All for under 43.00. I will most definately be returning.

Military veteran. "The Vault" is a great new option in the quad city area for good quality food.I've had; -The Philly cheese steak 4☆-The Catfish plate 4☆-The hot dogs with slaw 4☆-The Spareribs 4☆4☆'s are a must to have room for improvement.
Got a fish plate and the hush puppies were not good at all. They seem to be old and the fish was not good size pieces for $12. Also with the wings and fries you could actually count the fries and it was 8 fries. Could give a bigger amount for price bc it was very skimpy.

My first time ever getting take out from this business was beyond excellent. The food is great. The price was even better for two people. I will make this my new snack place. I was so impressed.
It is a small family owned restaurant. You can eat at their picnic tables (Where I usually eat) or get it to go, but the food is AWESOME and cooked upon order. The employees are super friendly! Try their hamburgers, superb!

Food is wonderful the wait on the food is ridiculous we literally waited over 45 minutes on 1 single burger and fries a 6 wings and a fry!!! It was 80 degrees outside so waiting in the heat was miserable they have no inside where u can sit and wait for long periods! The girl at the window taking the order was not friendly usually she is but today she must of been in a bad mood but the food is wonderful if u want to wait forever to get it!
