Excellent food excellent portions. Lady at the front desk did great job looking out saving us money combining our order the way she did. Restaurant itself.. let's just say I will not venture into the bathroom and I would hate to be going back to the kitchen.
Everything was super delicious though. Clean up the restaurant regularly and we clean out the soda filters and hooked up a new CO2 tank and we will raise the review
Been here twice now since, lady that was here gone probably run out as nothing's changed except portions got smaller, been asked to come in both times when we came through drive thru. Guy at vounters now just sitting and has been for a bit

My mother and I stopped by because we had a craving for wings. Out of convenience, we sat in the vehicle and called the order in. Lanie not only took our order with an upbeat and positive attitude but she also answered all questions with enthusiasm and professionalism. We were advised that the order would be ready in 10 minutes but we received a follow-up call in less than 10 minutes informing us that the order was ready for pickup. Once we drove to the pickup window she explained that her objective for calling us was to make sure we received our food hot and crispy. What more can a customer ask for in terms of service. The wings/fries were prepared to perfection and we will definitely be back. Keep up the good work Lanie!!!! đ

More than just Wings! They have very good sandwiches. Fried chicken shrimp, oysters, and catfish. Somenof the best French fries I've had in the shoals. Give them a try.

EDIT: It's been nearly a year since I wrote a very frustrated review but in the last several months I have been visiting weekly and I have had no major issues, I'm therefore mending my review. I'm very happy with my experiences now, would recommend
The wings are quite good if you actually get a chance to eat them. Itâd be even nicer if you could place orders on the phone, too bad theyâll ignore your call every single time forcing you to come in. The service is and has been awful since this location opened, itâd be really easy to write the whole restaurant off if the food wasnât so good.

Seriously, the best wings I think Iâve ever had. We had the whole wings, my husband had the sloppy wings (a sweetish mayonnaise based sauce) and I had buffalo. I loved them. Cooked perfectly. Now Iâm going to regularly drive an hour and 20 minutes from home to come get these wings.

Itâs fast food! Suspicious location to put a restaurant. You donât get what you paid for. Manager ask for the last 4 digits of your phone number and expect you to pick after a certain time and will call you at their allocated time. What if their stuck in traffic, accident etc⌠Weirdly crazy đ¤¨
Sunday afternoon carry out. Food was âSoggyâsubpar. Phoned in. Female person on phone couldnât hear. She kept saying âwhatâ! TV too loud. Pricey menu for a small business in the âbottomâ. Catfish & okra is meh. Do Not recommend calling in order. Second time⌠my last.

I had ordered a 10 piece wings combo with Cajun ranch cheese fries and they didnât let me know that they didnât do Cajun cheese ranch french fries and they put shredded cheese on my Cajun ranch cheese fries, and when I went back up there to tell them that the order was wrong they went back there and they put cold cheese sauce on my fries and was so rude about it I paid $21 dollars for my meal completely a waste of my money

I absolutely love this place. I pick up alot of orders from here. So last week I decided to try them for the first time. I ordered cat fish that night with Caucasian ranch. The fish was perfectly seasoned and the fries were very good. Tonight I tried the double cheese burger and cheese fries and omg it's the best burger I've eaten in awhile. The staff is always so nice to me and they are very quick and very patient with the customers if you haven't tried them I would highly recommend you do..
