The worst service at a McDonald's, they don't have enough staff, the two who served were in a very bad mood, I understand them but the company has to pay attention to their staff, maybe they rested some of them for holidays, I still hope not to return to this.

The radio operator's communication was unsatisfactory. While an initial greeting was received, it was followed by several extended pauses, suggesting a possible distraction. Upon arrival at the window, no attendant was present to greet us; an employee was observed standing idly.

The woman who came before me gave me a high bun and horrible tongs, no education, not even the greeting, she didn't respond, when she gave me my order I said thank you and she responded with a grimace on her face, what a bad service for God's sake.

Stopped for a couple burgers while traveling. It was kind of slow to order and get six cheeseburgers for me and the kids.

Very slow, lazy People .waited 20 minutes in front of the cash register. And nobody came over to take my order.

Pretty standard fare McDonald's design wise for getting around and ordering. However, our 20 minute stop ended up being an hour due to poor service. When we finally got our food it was cold and the requested customizations were missing. The staff we interacted with did not try to correct mistakes even though they knew they were happening.
I will actively avoid stopping here in the future.

I don't usually complain about underpaid workers but I felt that they were being a bit malicious today, they said that they could not make a mocha and I asked for a caramel macchiato instead. Was told that the machine is down so I accepted a couple of sodas instead because the app would not refund me. Then she proceeded to hand me a mocha.... I was so confused that I did not even say anything to the girl about how it wasn't even made properly. Then I open my sandwich and it is literally slathered with sauce in and out of the packaging and I just feel like it was done in malicious nature.
