We live in slocomb, not far. EVERY-TIME we have been there something has been messed up in our order. Sauces missing, missing sandwiches, wrong orders, WRONG DRINKS. There is ALWAYS something messed up. Driving to Dothan, might be a longer drive but at-least our food may be right at least once. Done with jacks.

I ordered a sweet tea and was given a pouch with sweet tea in it instead of a cup of ice. The milkshake I ordered was spilling out of the cup. So I called to ask the manager, what happen. She was so rude and I just hung up on her.

I worked at Jack-in-the-Box as a teen. The food is just as good as back then. Service is friendly. I was met with a smile and she had someone help me push my car to the side since it died again.

Came in to restaurant with my buddy at 5:20 AM. There was one person ahead of me waiting for food. Had to wait like 5 minutes to order even after the other guy got his order taken. Fountain drink machine in lobby was out of order. Ordered the smoky mountain milkshake and it tasted like absolute dogwater. I took it back up front and asked for a sweet tea instead, the manager told me id have to pay for the sweet tea. You call this customer service? What an absolute trashhole.

Horrible experience. Waited 30 minutes when we finally got food grits was watered down went and spoke to manager she just acted like no big deal. Manager was yelling at workers while customers was there not the proper way to run a business. Several customer was asking for refunds while we was there. We will never go Back to this establishment
