I came in to get a meal they got my meal wrong called to get the mill replaced came back the next day and refused to give me a drink that came with the meal so I ended up leaving without a drink for the meal that I initially paid for absolute garbage service

We stopped by at night and it was ridiculous. Everyone working was acting up, playing and didn't show any concern for the customer they just kept talking amongst themselves loudly and showed no respect for Jack's restaurant. Will not be stopping by here again.

waited in line for 45 minutes in the drive thru, got my order wrong and didnt give me part of my order and staff is not friendly.
