I came in to get a meal they got my meal wrong called to get the mill replaced came back the next day and refused to give me a drink that came with the meal so I ended up leaving without a drink for the meal that I initially paid for absolute garbage service

We stopped by at night and it was ridiculous. Everyone working was acting up, playing and didn't show any concern for the customer they just kept talking amongst themselves loudly and showed no respect for Jack's restaurant. Will not be stopping by here again.

waited in line for 45 minutes in the drive thru, got my order wrong and didnt give me part of my order and staff is not friendly.
Staff does a great job of keeping things moving. Corporate owes this highly trafficked store a full upgrade. Tons of drive thru customers and most Saturdays, the line extends into the highway. Too many other Jack's smaller, less used locations have been fully updated since this one. Well passed time this one got the attention it has earned.

Vegetarian options: If you tell the person that you are a vegetarian they will be happy to make sure you are satisfied with your order
