Passing through Snead on Sept 27th headed to Huntsville around 12:45. Waited in line 13 mins with two in front of me. Then placed order and waited 15 more mins. My cheeseburger was ice cold! You would think after waiting the food would be hot! The employees were moving in slow motion! First and last time to stop here.

Service is good and food is good my only complaint is there’s not enough sausage in the gravy. I travel for work a lot and a single gravy from jacks is often part of my breakfast wherever I go, most every one I go to there’s a chunk of sausage in almost every bite of biscuit I take. This has been my hometown jacks and I hate complaining as I’m sure there is some standard that is being upheld but I just find it slightly disappointing when I open the tray to find one or two tiny chunks of sausage compared to how it is at other locations.

This place has improved a lot over the last two years. I’ve been going for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. The food is always good and I’ve never had any other problems since my last review which was over 2+ years ago.
The employees have been nice, patient, and helpful any time I have driven through.

The manager on duty was super nice to me.They have big truck parking. I asked her if I could spend the night there she said I could. I always stop and get food here.
Every single time I go to this jacks they always leave something out. If it isn't forks it's napkins, if it isn't napkins it's sauce. Honestly I'm just lucky I get my food at all. And I believe it's the female manager also who forgets your stuff every time you go through drive thru. One thing they don't forget is adding salt to their fries I don't know if they are trying to give their customers sodium poisoning or what but they must use a whole container of the butter salt per batch of fries .

We love the Jack’s here and have been coming here for many years. The service is always amazing even when there is a line out 278. 9 times out of 10 it’s in and out and rarely do they ever get our order wrong or forget something. When they do, they make sure to make it right and then some. Great food and awesome people!

Went tonight 07-07-2025 and got a 12 piece dinner, as I was waiting they only had 5 biscuits as the woman there had dropped the 6th and she said to the other worker it's ok I'll just microwave another one. I told them to keep it as I had no desire to eat a microwaved biscuit. Got home and the horrors continued with bone in chicken jerky that was dry to the point of being chewy outside and crumbles inside. I used to love getting breakfast here before the renovation and figured that supper would be good as well after the renovation. Boy was I wrong. Not only no but absolutely positively not.
