Every single time we go they are out of ranch. Every single time we go they only have wings (as far as bone in chicken). The wait is ALWAYS over 20 minutes no matter the time of day.
Your ranch is homemade and takes 5 seconds to make (prior Jacks GM) so WHY are we “out”.
Your GM should do better and holding their managers accountable of their shifts and ensuring they have everything they ne d.

We have ordered delivery multiple times and every time we have received only half of our order. We call the place and never get through. We are done ordering from this place!!! The delivery ppl show is that they were only given half the order. So I know for a fact it's this location that is not providing the entire order to their drivers.
Every time I’ve gone here it’s been a terrible experience and I just walked out because no one seemed interested in taking orders

Since when do you charge to put a sandwich, that comes on Texas toast, on a bun. I do this at many of the Jack's locations and this is a first. When I questioned it, I was told that was how is was. 😠
