Always love Somerville Jacks!Parking: Plenty of parking and big parking lot for semi trucks in back and this jacks has both entrances and exits on State Hwy 67 and State Hwy 36 which makes it a perfect choice for truck drivers.

The dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. Smelled horrible and EVERYTHING was sticky. The staff is also very rude. We love jacks but will never be returning to this one again. Too many employees worried about smoke breaks and not about customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a DoorDash driver. I got an order from this store today. The customer immediately messaged me to thank me so much for taking the order. Apparently I was the only one willing to take this order due to the distance. When I get there after driving 21 minutes, they told me they didn’t have any DoorDash orders. I then called DoorDash support. DoorDash support then called the restaurant. I say the worker pick up the phone and hand it to the manager. A few minutes goes by and then my app says the order was canceled! The support agent told me that Jack’s did not answer the phone! Meanwhile, the customer was stuck at home with no car to go get dinner and now NO FOOD COMING!!!! Thais should not have gone unpunished by DoorDash but did. Maybe this review will spread awareness of this terrible behavior.
