Stopped by from Oklahoma for a few days and we can’t stop eating at this place. It is SO GOOD we got to the speaker and they were very nice and lets me tell me order with ease and got everything right!!! And thanks for the extra butter!! Only a 4 star on service because we got 1 fork instead of 2

Typical fast food. A biscuit meal, regular size was almost $8! I may sound like a cheapskate, but for $8 I can make biscuits, sausage, tater tots and coffee for 4 and have enough left over for sausage gravy the next day.

Ordered chicken finger dinner with coleslaw as a side and got fries cooked in old grease. They said they were out of honey mustard sauce, so I said I didn't want any sauce. They gave me barbeque sauce and the price was different at the window than what I was told when I ordered and they didn't give me a receipt.

I had reward points for a 8 piece chicken and 4 biscuits picked up at drive thru also did a online order for two more biscuits and two apple fried pies - the chicken was really good but the biscuits were so hard and crisp we were unable to eat them - and we are biscuit people so we were really disappointed that they were so bad . The guy there that did the order was really nice but 6 trashed biscuits not good at all

We recently moved to Southside. I have loved Jack's since the restaurant's founding. Southside's Jack's is the worst one I've ever been to....and I've been to a lot of them! NASTY inside. Absolutely disgusting.

Stopped in about 2:45 on a Tuesday afternoon. I had just got off work and had not eaten anything since my coffee and biscuit from that morning. I walked in to get my order to go. (Long story, I'm weird) In less than 90 seconds, I was handed my 2 crispy, piping hot chicken sandwiches and my large cup for my Coke. So from the time I shut off my truck, till I started it back up to leave, 4 minutes and 20 seconds had elapsed. THAT'S what I call service.
::FAIR WARNING:: I eat at Jack's regularly, they are NOT all created equally. I tell it like it is. Good or bad. Southside Jack's has it figured out. The restaurant is clean. Countertops are shiny. Napkin holders are full. Windows are clean. Uniforms are matching and worn properly. Employees' hands are clean. The place is well lit and smells good. Grass is mowed. Parking spaces are clearly painted. Bushes are trimmed. No trash in the parking lot. Very nice and polite staff. Managers seem to lead by example. They are out there getting it done, not standing to the side yelling at everyone.
The food is exceptional at Southside Jack's. One of the best Jack's in every category, in my opinion. Some Jack's fall short of my exceptionally high standards. And when they do, I GO TELL IT ON THE MOUNTAIN!! And when they knock it out of the park, I TELL EVERYBODY ON GOOGLE!!! So when you find yourself in Southside, and you are craving some damn fine food. Go see them at Southside Jack's.
UPDATE ::VETERANS DAY:: Stopped by again today. Place was desolate at 3:15 in the afternoon. I was in and out in under 3 minutes 42 seconds. My order was hot, accurate and DE-LIC-IOUS!!! 10 out of ten!
Is it company policy to put the rudest workers at the drive thru? The woman acted like I had a disease. I guess being white is a disease. 11/4 9:45 am

down hill bad food comes out looking like crap and the manager will not fix it .. A local and stop eating her.. better check food good you know what I mean .. Been hereing some stories people that's work there.. I had no idea. Won't be back
