I usually don't do food reviews but I want to take the time and Shout out this great McDonald's restaurant. Now I'm not a huge McDonald's fan from the few bad experiences I've had across the country but this specific location did a great job for me. Just got done with a long shift at my job Publix and wanted to get a McRib as they were back. I did a mobile order and came to the window and the manager greeted me with a smile said the order will be right out because they've been having a lot of McRib orders and apologize for the inconvenience which it was not a long wait but I still appreciate the thought and the gesture of her going out of her way to greet the customer and apologize for a minor inconvenience. As someone who deals with the public and works in retail I highly respect that and wanted to give this manager and her employees a shout-out for doing such a great job preparing the food and giving me Premiere customer service. Thank you! I will definitely be returning to this location!

We ordered four cheeseburgers, two large fries and two large drinks at 7:51 pm on a recent evening. The fries were hot and recently cooked but the burgers were apparently cooked quite a bit earlier. They were barely warm and did not taste fresh. We ate most of the fries and a few bites of two burgers before throwing them away along with two whole burgers. I realize it's fast food but it should at least be hot and relatively fresh. We may go back sometime for fries but not for anything else.

The McDonald’s in Southside AL gets five stars!! Friendly service—the cashier suggested a different way of ordering that saved us a dollar. My McMuffin was fresh and hot, the egg done just right. The coffee was perfect, and my mocha was yummy and steaming hot. The employees were brimming with Southern hospitality. Highly recommend this destination!

Hit or miss at this location. Consistently gets my order wrong.
The chicken nuggets were a little dry. The burger was held in the warming area. The service was great! Everything was very clean. I hate that there is nowhere to go to the bathroom without going out of the restaurant.

The ONLY McDonalds that I would ever give 10/10 to. The number one reason is due to the employees. More importantly one employee in particular by the name of James. He is honestly the only reason I willingly drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this location. He’s always friendly and ALWAYS has a smile on his face. Thank you James for always making my day. If you’re ever in the location look for him! Tell him hello and give him a smile!

Every McDonald's should be open 24/7 I mean come on one of the richest fast food chains in the world and can't stay open to serve everyone at any time well that don't make you the greatest
