Zero customer service. Ordered on the app, pulled up to the window, handed me my food. Didn't say a damn word. No thank you,no anything. It's not the first time it's happened there. Also ordered double beef on the crunchwrap and there was barely any on it. Pathetic restaurant, pathetic service.

Ordered with the mobile app, pulled off to check bag and there were missing items. Sat in line forever for missing items (that still somehow came out ice cold?) Got all the way home only to find out none of our orders were correct. Sour cream where it was specifically asked off, no nacho cheese on nachos, not sure what’s the point of offering modifications to food if you don’t actually provide the correct modifications. $30 absolutely wasted.
Save the trip and just go to the Attalla Taco Bell if you use the mobile app.

We had to go in and have them fix our order 4 TIMES…and the sad part is they still messed it up. I have a full bag of food I didn’t order. The receipt was correct but the food was not. I feel bad for the staff because the manager instead of jumping in to help just wanted to yell at everyone, not how you handled that situation. Multiple people also had the wrong order all from the drive through. At this point I will not be eating at this location ever again sad because I love Taco Bell.

How come management can’t teach these employees how to fulfill someone with the correct order. It never fells, Southside Taco Bell screws order after order up. Doesn’t matter if you go in for a to go order, or, drive thru. I suggest you check your order before leaving. 9 out of 10 times they are going to short you food. Or, completely give you whatever. It’s always been a poorly managed.

It took over 30 minutes to make a single order of nachos, that was ordered on the mobile app. It would have been quicker to just go order at the speaker.
10/21/2025 I went through the drive thru and my food was messed up so I asked to speak to a manager (he doesn't even look old enough to be in management) he was very rude and did not fix this incident what so ever he basically just let me know I was messing up his drive thru time even though before I even got my food I was waiting a good 10 minutes.

I visit this location on my lunch break often and let me just say, these people are amazing! Without fail, every single time, my food is always fresh, and the staff is ALWAYS so nice. Not to mention fast service. I am truly grateful for the people who work here delivering such good service! It does not go unnoticed! Thank you!!
