Our experience tonight at the Taco Bell in Southside, Alabama, definitely ranks in our top 10 worst fast-food experiences EVER!

We placed two separate online orders about 8:50pm and paid online with our credit cards.

We live relatively close so we arrived shortly after 9:00pm and our orders were not yet ready.

At 9:15pm our orders were still not ready.

AT 9:30pm THEY WERE STILL NOT READY.

When we finally received our food, both orders were combined in one large sack. However, the items we ordered were not what was in the sack and when we brought that to the attention of the person at the window, they said to park and come into the store to make corrections.

To add insult to injury, the manager implied that we lied about not receiving certain items. The sack of food we received was sitting on the counter but the manager chose not to check the sack for verification.

When we finally arrived home at 9:57pm, we discovered that one of the items we purchased was still not received.

Of course, by 9:57pm the items had been sitting in the sack for almost an hour so all of the food items were cold and soggy.

This level of inefficiency, even in the fast food environment, is absolutely pathetic. Poor business operation reflects poor management and how the manager of this store is allowed to retain their job is a mystery.

ABSOLUTE LONGEST WAIT!! thr drive thru took over 40 min and then because of the location you can't leave once you get to the speaker because of a raised curb and when we finally got to the window we had 2 wait an additional 15 min and when we asked what was the issue the girl didn't know and said she didn't know it was horrible

So I haven't ate Taco Bell in over 2 years I ordered and yet they still messed it up. Here is the proof of the receipt. They put the extra lettuce on the taco and not the burrito supreme like I asked. The breed of supreme still had full amount of beans. The chicken tacos seemed very little meat and very dry soft shells. I went through the drive-thru and clearly I'm not going back. There's a reason why I haven't ate Taco Bell in over 2 years and they still continue to disappoint.

The employee at the drive-through was rude and indifferent. I asked for two mild sauce. He reached and threw a handful into the bag like he was angry. I only needed two so seven will be going to the trash as I am eating in the vehicle. The double beef burrito was very little on the beef and it was cold. Not the best Taco Bell I have visited.

I wish it was possible to give no stars. I paid 35 dollars for my meal online, was not greeted for 10 minutes after i walked in, i had to get their attention. I was given HALF of my order, didnt have my crunchwraps or my nachos chips for my kids in it, no receipt, manager said she lost it, no straws, and when i called back, a young man argued with me and said they were made. May have been, but they werent in my bag. I will NEVER use this taco bell again. 2nd worst fast food experience of my life. Their night crew needs a new leader, or new policies and training because that was unnacceptable.

We just moved here from a town that only had a Taco Bell and after moving to Southside, reading the reviews, I decided I wouldn't even bother. But I did today and my food was fantastic! Tacos stuffed full, my Mexican Pizza was loaded, and my daughter's Cantina Bowl was filled to the brim. Hope it continues.

Today I used the mobile app to order & pay for my food. Then, I drove 10 minutes to get there. Once, I got to the drive thru, I was informed that I would have to go inside. I parked and went inside, then waited 10 more minutes. My order consisted of 3 beef nachos and a cheesy bean rice burrito, so not a huge order. I picked the paper bag up, took one step, and the bottom fell out of the paper bag. I asked the lady behind the counter who was watching me pick things up for another bag. I told her that they packed it too full, and the bottom fell out. Her response was, "oh, I thought you tripped or something. We can remake it if you'd like." Since it took 20 minutes for them to make it the first time, I declined. Every time I order from this location it is a hassle and takes too long. I won't be back for a while, if ever.

literally EVERY single time i come to only this taco bell, my order is made wrong. no lettuce is a fairly common request so for me to have a taco full of lettuce every time i order (even double checking at the end to make sure they hear the request) is a bit ridiculous. it may not be “that big of a deal” to some people but for others, it ruins the entire meal. if you want your order made right, i suggest you drive the extra couple miles to east gadsden, they at least get it right most of the time and are extremely polite about it when you come back if it is wrong.
