This had been a disappointment for years. However, Taco Bell in Southside Alabama has turned it around. Friendly employees and fresh food. How you always expect it to be. So grateful for a good place to get fast food and enjoy it.
The employee at the drive-through was rude and indifferent. I asked for two mild sauce. He reached and threw a handful into the bag like he was angry. I only needed two so seven will be going to the trash as I am eating in the vehicle. The double beef burrito was very little on the beef and it was cold. Not the best Taco Bell I have visited.
We just moved here from a town that only had a Taco Bell and after moving to Southside, reading the reviews, I decided I wouldn't even bother. But I did today and my food was fantastic! Tacos stuffed full, my Mexican Pizza was loaded, and my daughter's Cantina Bowl was filled to the brim. Hope it continues.
