We were passing through the area and the wife and I didn't want any fast food so went to the China Stix.
The place has a small footprint in a strip mall but the food was good and we encountered no problems during our dinner. There was a decent selection of items on the buffet and the items I normally put on my plate were all good and had not been out long. I don't touch most seafood items at these buffet-style places so cannot remark on them.
The service was average, sit here, what to drink, here is your bill and fortune cookie, pay up front. Joked a bit with the fellow behind the register.

Food poisoning X’s 3. I used to go to China Stix all the time as a kid after church but now the food is either undercooked or overcooked. No taste. No service. Don’t waste your time.

found a whole cockroach in my general tso's chicken... it looked like a pepper but I pulled it off my plate onto a napkin and it had legs. Won't be eating here again...

I picked up a to go order. Stomach started churning and I felt extremely nauseous a hour after eating. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil and the sauce was thick like it was sitting under a heating lamp all day. I will never go back.

10/10 for food quality, quantity, taste and atmosphere. Take out speed is crazy fast and always accurate. No MSG in their food, either. Price is phenomenal.

I’ve eaten here for a long time. It use to be a great Chinese buffet, not sure what happened. But the last several times I’ve been here it’s been a complete garbage experience.

We got there 10 minutes after they opened for the day. We were greeted with a smile, and then we were sat down immediately. The restaurant was so clean that the floors were SPARKLING.✨😍 service was speedy and our drinks STAYED FULL. The buffet was fresh, hot, and smelled so good. We tried a variety of things and loved everything that we got. The Chinese donuts, noodles, and mushrooms were our favs. Overall, China Stix gets a 10/10, we will be back, and we recommend you guys try it! 🔥🖤
