Food poisoning - that's all I gotta say. No coincidence here since both my husband and I have been throwing up 24hrs after eating here. Thankfully our kiddos are fine so far, but they really only ate the fruit thank God! The food was old, soggy, & gross anyway so we didn't plan to go back. Staff was friendly, but obviously not worth food poisoning.

This place was dirty and the food on the buffet was old. The tea was old and soured. The server never came back after giving us our drinks. And it was $60!!

I really dont like coming here to negative review China Stix. We live in Argo and regularly dine here through the years. Jong and Linn are so very nice, however we see now that what we experienced by my son and I getting sick from eating dinner this past Wednesday is not isolated. I was worse off than my son was and was in bed for the next day and 1/2. I hope they can figure out what caused us and others to become ill so it does not happen again to others.

My daughter got very sick from eating here. I am so upset and disappointed. Obviously there are issues with this establishment as I saw another google review of another person getting sick eating there the very same night. My daughter missed an important college exam being sick with food poisoning from this restaurant.
I'm a local and have eaten here many times. The food quality and portion size are good. The buffet is really good to. This Chinese restaurant is better than most that I've been to . The Mongolian beef and garlic chicken as well as the honey chicken are my favorites. Good service and good owners who work hard. Great place.

We ordered the Garlic Chicken from the menu on an evening during the week and were very disappointed. The portions were wonderful, which is why I didn't say anything about the price difference. I understand the price is more for dinner and also, we didn't order off the buffet. The chicken had a strange texture to it! I've never had or come across this before. A friend of mine said he always gets beef. I don't know what the problem was, but it really was both unappetizing and uneaten! I had no problem with the service or the people. I placed the order for pick up. I am unable to recommend this restaurant.

I get take out from here a few times a month and I have a 35 minute drive home and tge food is still steaming hot when I get home and tastes super fresh.the husband and wife that own this place are so nice !
