I went there Friday on my way back in town from a 12 hour drive. I paid for my food with my debit card it went through on my phone. The manager named Jonathan would not give me my food. He said the transaction didn't go through on their end Regions deducted the$11.03 from my account to Jack's. Jonathan told me that I would have to bring my bank statement back to get my $ back. So now I have to take a day off work to chase $11.03. He thought it was funny. If this is the best that Jack's has to call a manager then I don't need their food. I asked for a phone # he just acted like it was a joke said there wasn't one. I will tell everyone don't eat at the Jack's in Springville Alabama the service is awful they will steal ur hard earned $$$.

Do better, please hire people that want to serve you. Wipe down the drink cups before you give them to the customer. Don’t dress and act like a thug if you are going to work the drive thru window. Be more like Chick-fil-a. If you are going to take drive thru orders please listen to the customer and not ask them to repeat themselves two and three times every time you go there.

I'm a picky eater and usually have to repeat my order several different times in order to make sure it's correct and I still receive it wrong.
Order was repeated once in the drive-thru, and I received it fresh and CORRECT!

The food is always great here but the service could be better. Many times myself and other customers have been at the counter waiting to order and multiple workers just walk by and ignore the line. Im not sure if it is an issue of workers that dont care, or there just might not be enough workers to man the drive thru and the counter at the same time.

Sat in drive thru at speaker forever. By the time I pulled around to window after 10 Mins of no one taking my order I was basically scolded by the cashier and the the morning manager. Very bad customer service. They must have plenty I'd business and not want mine. Well that's what they got because I went to mcdonalds.

Food wasn't grand. It was okay. The manager had a bad attitude with employees when the outside line picked up. Makes for a bad working environment. We felt bad for employees. Positive leadership goes a long way in performance.
