Came through at 10:30am. Ordered a 4 piece chicken finger meal with a Dr.Pepper. They gave me sweet tea even though I asked at the window if it was Dr.Pepper. They did give me 5 chicken fingers tho so I suppose I cant complain too much.

I went there Friday on my way back in town from a 12 hour drive. I paid for my food with my debit card it went through on my phone. The manager named Jonathan would not give me my food. He said the transaction didn't go through on their end Regions deducted the$11.03 from my account to Jack's. Jonathan told me that I would have to bring my bank statement back to get my $ back. So now I have to take a day off work to chase $11.03. He thought it was funny. If this is the best that Jack's has to call a manager then I don't need their food. I asked for a phone # he just acted like it was a joke said there wasn't one. I will tell everyone don't eat at the Jack's in Springville Alabama the service is awful they will steal ur hard earned $$$.

Do better, please hire people that want to serve you. Wipe down the drink cups before you give them to the customer. Don’t dress and act like a thug if you are going to work the drive thru window. Be more like Chick-fil-a. If you are going to take drive thru orders please listen to the customer and not ask them to repeat themselves two and three times every time you go there.

I’ve been twice recently, and the men’s bathroom is dirty and so is the lobby. There isn’t a table in the lobby that doesn’t have crumbs on it.
