Do not order from KFC Springville using the mobile app. They will be closed when you get there an hour before closing time. The manager will tell you to come back but they will be closed when you try an hour before closing time. They will give you phone numbers to call where no one will answer and no one will call back. Your credit card will be charged and you will not be able to get a refund.

My fiancé just sat at the speaker for about 10 minutes .. an hour before they close and no one took his order. He just worked 12 hours and wanted food… Then he drove to the window where 3 employees looked at him, laughed and turned around. Why even have a job if you’re not going to do it? This place is a joke. DO NOT recommend going here.

We just bought a bucket of chicken, it's the second and last time I will buy chicken from this KFC it is absolutely the worst cooked KFC ever, this restaurant in Springville was one of the best and they literally have become the worst ever. Chicken too small, fried so hard you had to struggle to eat it. They should close this one or do some management. I personally won't be back. I suggest very strongly go to Zaxbys

Pulled into the drive through and 3 cars were ahead of me. As I watched each car drive off then it was my turn to order. Waited 20 minutes and no one would answer the order station, so I pulled forward and there was no one working. I my opion the employees were hiding so the didn't have to work and still get paid for it. Not away to run a business. Everyone stay away from this place, they truely suck!!!!!

not only did it take an hour for me to get my food but after asking yall to cook y food again after it wasn't done in the middle yall did it again... I'm pregnancy and if I would have eaten that raw chicken I would have been pissed ! no service will never be their again

We pull up at 7 30. Wait in line for them to take my order with only 1 car in front of me. There's a sign that says they close at 8 due to short staffing. They let me sit at the drive through without answering until 7:59. I pulled up to the drive through window.. that had a sign on the window that says open until 8:30. The lady come to the window and very rudely said we close at 8 o'clock! I told her I have been waiting before 8. She said "Seriously?!?!" Took my order and said she was out of sides.. only fries and mash potatoes. Then yelled to a coworker how she's not afraid to go to corporate about their issues.I was more than understanding about short staffing, even the extremely long wait time. However when I found out that it was intentional to try to beat the clock to close that's unacceptable. I'd imagine the business owners would appreciate as much business as possible. The woman's name was Rebecca.. at least that's what the cashier receipt says. If she's the face of the company I dont expect that location to stay open very long. IT'S A SHAME!In the end I ended up with chicken...that's really the only silver lining of this.
