My kids love McDonald's; I, on the other hand, am not their biggest fan. But the other day my mom-in-law, my daughter, and I had plans to go to Birmingham for the Nutcracker show and decided to stop here on the way for lunch. The place was clean, the food was great (I tried the Filet O'Fish) and the service was good. Will be back.

let’s talk about how rude the girl taking our order was for one, honestly that just wasn’t customer service at all the rudeness when you literally have one job is crazy , let’s talk about how i order and told this lady twice a big breakfast WITH STEAK AND HOTCAKES with a side of gravy she tried to tell me she couldn’t do a side of gravy and was corrected by another employee ( no big deal) fast forward i get my receipt and i was charge for “a cup of” for .15 cents no big deal didn’t say anything even tho i was also charged for a gravy which i ordered. Food comes out and its sausage i said something to the lady that handed it to us and she basically said i would have to pay for another meal because she didn’t ring it up right, my problem here is that for one your always supposed to take care of your customers. One more thing how is it my fault that she literally choose not to hear me or care about getting my order right. so as this was an everyday stop on the way to work it is no longer.

When you first came into this McDonalds, the woman's bathroom was down. There was a huge spill by the drink fountan with no warning. On top of that, getting my water it came out with a hint of pink? While ordering, we got an additional charge for nothing, our happy meal had apple slices rather than extra fries (it even says it on the receipt). Then we went back to get a ranch because we only got 1 and the worker asked for how many, 1, and we got 2?

We stopped here on our Thanksgiving trip. One of the cleanest McDonakds l have eaten at… like ever.. The service with a smile was absolutely great!! Thank you for your kindness to the manager.
