Austin, the store manager was extremely helpful over the phone and was just as pleasant in person. It’s great to see this level of customer service at a restaurant these days. In addition, the food is wonderful and we will definitely be using Pizza Hut as our main Pizza source in Springville.

Pizza Hut in Springville is the best!! I’m greeted as soon as I walk through the door! Everyone is always polite! Great atmosphere!! Everyone there is working hard every time I go in! And the food is delicious!! Love this place!!

As a kids of the 80's I'll always be a pizza hut fan. This location is no different. It's not as busy as decades ago, and it direct have a smoking section, but other than that, not a whole lot has changed, which is good. Pizza seems to still be a good deal in comparison to other dining options. I do like some of the crust options. This place is in keeping with other similar establishments. I will go again when we get the craving for pizza.

Specifically requested extra sauce on my pizza and all I get is cheese and bread. Toppings burnt to a crisp. Ate 2 pieces of square cut pizza and trashed the rest. Will never be back.

The order was ready when I went to pick it up. It was hot, fresh and tasted delicious. The young lady who presented me with my order was very friendly and professional

Just watched two female employees smoke cigarettes then go in to work without washing their hands first. The employees hang outside smoking cigarettes more than they actually work so you’re waiting 30+ minutes for food

Quick and efficient, food was great!

Employees were nice but for the price I’d rather eat papa johns.
Online tracker is wayyyy off on its timing.Ended up waiting 40 minutes on my order which pissed me off.

Food was as ordered, hot and ready as soon as I walked in the door. Customer service is top notch each time we order and pick-up. Online orders are extremely easy and works into my schedule.
