We attempted to order food and were asked if we were using the app. When we told the cashier no we were not using the app we were then told the system was down. As we pulled away we watched the very next car place an order and then pull to the window to have it filled. This has been a regular stop for us when passing through, but we likely won’t return.

It's Taco Bell, it's not great, it's not a sit-down restaurant, it's Taco Bell. They have really raised prices in the last 6 months also. It's not worth it.

Please stop making food… haven’t had Taco Bell in years. Got a Mexican pizza with no beans… it literally tasted like an old rotten box. The worst think I’ve ever had… then it left an after taste.
We went thru the drive thru and it was getting late so everybody was crabby. The food was good service could of been better and so the atmosphere played off of the employees attitudes

I used the drive-thru and ordered our meal. The order was taken correctly, with everything in the bag. That's huge these days! The food was great, and the person at the window was friendly. A pleasant experience at the end of a rough day. ?
There was hardly any meat on my food every time I go.

This is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. The food is always exactly what you expect and delicious, the orders are always correct, and the workers take just the right amount of pride in their service.
I always have a good experience with this location. Ordering usually takes a while I'm not sure why it seems like I always have to wait but the food is always perfect and you get service with a smile.
Food is great but customer service is terrible. Ordered some breakfast salsa and never received any and when I tried to get the woman’s attention I just Got straight ignored, workers were pretending to work, but when I got Outside, nobody was in the drive through or parking lot. Unless they were doing online orders. Either way, when your the only person in the store, it’s pretty easy to notice when a customer is trying to get your attention, this is a constant issue with Taco Bell having the kios installed. Can’t order a coffee on the kios but can’t order at the front because everyone ignores you.
