Me and my best friend went through the drive through. Our food was completely wrong. We also ordered nacho fries and the cheese sauce was forgotten. I went in to ask for the cheese, but no one came up to the counter. There was no one else in there, and they could obviously see me. I went in there twice and stood for about 10 minutes. Very rude.

I ordered via the mobile app which I HIGHLY suggest, the order was correct took less than 5 mins to go through the drive through and pick up the order and the staff was friendly plus you earn rewards.

Restaurant was nice and clean and quiet. They were polite and helpful. The food didn’t take very long, but wasn’t the freshest even though it was quick.
Food was correct. Service was a tad slow but it being correct is more important. Women's restroom was clean however the men's was not.

We went in to order food and Josie had already clocked out and was leaving. She saw everyone else was busy so she stayed and took our order even though we told her it wasn't necessary. She went the extra mile to give good service.

The food is delicious from here! I’ve dealt with a couple of rude employees, and the order wait is always long! But I’d choose this Taco Bell over the other ones! Taco Bell is just getting a bad reputation. I think they will hire just anyone.
I love this specific Taco Bell location! The restaurant is always really clean, the service very helpful and friendly, and the quality of the food tastes great! There was a teensy tiny error in my order today (forgot to add beans to my burrito), but this location is the best I've been to in terms of order accuracy! Seriously my favorite location I've been to so far! Springville's Taco Bell is, in my opinion, run the way every location should be! Peak service! 1000/10, suuuuuper highly recommend! 😎👍🏻

The young woman at the register was very helpful, another young woman in the kitchen was very pleasant and cheerful, service was fast, food was fresh, everything was very clean. The ladies restroom was clean and well supplied, everything worked, and the water from the sink was even warm. Hopefully we can stop here again on the way back home. 😀

Utter incompetence. Placed order in drive-thru. Deluxe tacos were missing cheese and tomatoes! Asked for avocado sauce - was told they were $.20 a piece. Asked for three, paid for three - got one. Went in to retrieve the other two I paid for and the entire kitchen stopped making wrong orders to observe. And what a crew. Appearances were not those of persons I would choose to prepare food. I for one will not eat there again.
