Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Girl in the drive-thru today at 2:30 had at nasty attitude. The salads had hardly any lettuce in it. Doubt that we'll be back because it keeps going downhill.

Edit to add: I went back to this location again tonight 12/23 and the same rude worker is there at the drive-thru with her same nasty attitude. We will probably not be back since several complaints of this locatoon have been ignored.

My first time ordering the Signature sandwich. It was good, but it wasn’t great. Maybe the spicy version would be better? Pretty basic with a squire of Zax sauce and 3 pickles.

Great food and customer service but management needs to look under the coke machine as there is a large amount of trash under it. The overall cleanliness of this establishment needs to be addressed and improved. Saw a lot of employees that were standing behind the counter when they could be cleaning.

waited 35 minutes and then when we got the food there was about 5 fries and it was freezing cold.

By far the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They gave us our kids meal without the chicken in it. The staff was incredibly rude and instead of acknowledging us, they continued their conversations with each other and shut the window in our face. Management needs to get ahold of their employees.

Don't advertise something you don't have. Standing in line watching the signs flash the tacos over and over again. Just to hear you don't have them anymore.

Great experience with the food, service and atmosphere. The one thing that was not a good experience, was the unisex bathrooms. I am strong against that. At least have other accommodating where a woman can choose to take her family in that clean and looks like a man had been using the facilities and not clean. But again the food, service and atmosphere was top notch.

Acting as if DoorDash customers are not as important as your employees or other customers is unprofessional. I shouldn’t be standing there waiting on a paying customers order for over 25 mins and then treated as an idiot because “traditional wings take a while to cook” yet your coworkers (off the clock) ordered after I said I had a pick up order and got their food within 2 minutes. My customers food was on the screen for 45 mins. Do better or hire people who actually care.

This is definitely our favorite Zaxbys and we go there a lot. The food is always great but I think they may be shorthanded lately. Tables have been dirty & garbage not emptied, but overall it's much better than either Trussville locations. We live in Trussville but drive to Springville for Zaxbys & Walmart. The experience is much better for both!

This store was dirty. The coke machine had obviously not been wiped down or cleaned foe at least days. The tables were not clean and we were on of the first customers who came in for the day. The restaurant was empty and not busy. When I used the restroom before we left, the bathroom was also dirty and it appeared someone had peed on the floor in front of the toilet. I told my husband he would want to use the other bathroom and he said it was dirty as well. We enjoy going to Zaxbys and this was just so disappointing for it to be this dirty and no one seeming to care enough to check tables and bathrooms.

The staff here is AMAZING!! GREAT customer service and hospitality! I have to give a shout out to the two guys that work up front! Their names are Austin and James! They are so polite and are excellent at their jobs! They should go far with the company! We need more people like them not only in the restaurant business, but the world in general! Thank you Zaxbys in Springville for all you do!!

How do yall even pass health inspection?? If you don't move the rolling trash cans to clean under or clean the soda machine I couldn't imagine what the public can't see like the walking cooler!!! If I didn't buy my food before looking around, I would've walked out. There's no excuse.
