Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Spent $ 46.00 on food and didn’t get everything I ordered 2 orders of fried pickles and did not get them and our shakes were wrong got home to eat cause that’s all I got was fried pickles for myself I was so upset I didn’t even eat

I means it's zaxbys food was good and fresh.... little stingey on the fries compared to the one in my town but still good.

Enjoyed our salad, but the entire floor of the eating area needed sweeping and cleaning. In the bathroom, there was no handsoap in the dispenser and no paper towels. Also, trash on the floor.

I work in fast food myself so I know how stressful it can be but it is very rude to order shake and for the staff to simply refuse to make a shake for then the turn around and give one the the car right in front of you and behind you that’s just lazy just because you don’t wanna make it

I really like this Zaxby’s location… other than anytime I come after 8PM. The difference in customer service and food quality is very drastic. We asked for a salad with grilled chicken and get fried chicken instead. We came well before 30 minutes before closed tonight and the fries and bread was cold and chicken was not fresh. Got a Zax box weeks ago and they put the fry seasoning on one spot of the fries that it made half of the portion of fries hard to eat because it’s too salty.
Highly recommend you come only for the lunch/afternoon time.

The restaurant is disgusting. Trash was overflowing outside upon arrival, and then inside the restroom’s weren’t clean at all. We arrived at opening time, so you would think that wouldn’t be the case. We also had to wait 15+ minutes for our food. The orders ahead of us waited even longer. Not the usual standard for Zaxby’s.

I have held off on commenting as I like zaxby’s. It’s like the one in springville has totally lost its way. It take FOREVER for them to get your food. The employees almost see like they are walking around without focus. Also, the drink machine was almost totally out of drinks and the napkin dispensers (all three) had zero napkins. This is not be first time I’ve had similar problems here. The food is still good…but….Zaxby’s in springville…you need to improve!

A friend ordered a Door Dash delivery from Springville Zaxby’s for us after I had surgery. Door Dash was great! However, Zaxby’s really dropped the ball! Several things were wrong with the order - no Texas toast with our meals; no cookies (ordered three); no/none/ZERO!!! Zax sauce (two extra were ordered for a total of four); and one incorrect soft drink. This was at 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon so I know they weren’t busy.
Pathetic!!

I had a simple order and I got home and the wings weren’t sauced. I had no sauce to dip my wings or chicken fingers in. The fries was basically crumbs. Do not recommend going during night shift!
