Food was okay. some things were a little cold. The service was slow and seemed confused. The lady up front who has in charge was rude to the other workers.

Super fast service and they were really nice, blonde person with blonde curly short hair who took my order was really nice and didn’t question my weird requests at all which included tea no ice and pickle side and Splenda. I really appreciated that. And there were fresh hats out for kids and bathroom was clean.

Came through on our way to Huntsville this morning and who I assume was the manager was just wonderful. I'm pregnant and stopped at 9am to fulfill my craving for fries and he made it happen in a matter of minutes. Thank you! Your kindness this morning made my husband's and my day today!

No joke, I went through the drive thru 9/9/24 at 8:40pm. When I got home & pulled out my medium onion ring, a cockroach crawled out! I’ve already contacted corporate with photo proof.
Enjoyed eating here when they had employees who actually worked. Now every time you go thru they say they can’t take your order due to the system being down yet all of the employees are sitting outside the building vaping and hanging out. Shameful. Btw, if the system was down the electronic board would not work.

Being that I was in the car behind you Apryl. If you are going to tell a story then make sure it is correct. The manager did not cuss you guys out, nor did he use derogatory comments or sexist comments as you put it. The cussing came from the lady in the passenger seat which I’m assuming is you. And that when I saw the manager close the window and walk away. No cops were called or showed up. You know someone can tell really easy if the cops show up. So much lies in what you have said about the place. I actually feel sorry for them putting up with you and then having a huge false statement said about them. You said you hope karma gets them. Heck it should be getting you

If i could leave 0 stars i would. We pulled into the drive through, not a car around or any other customers, waited 30 minutes for food that was wrong and cold, and finally when given to us the lady working THREW the bag at my husband almost hitting him in the face. Went back around to get our missing items and to speak to a manager or supervisor or someone who could help us. We said very calmly we were missing food items and explained what the girl did, the manager proceeded to get EXTREMELY aggressive and started cussing at us saying he would have to look at the cameras which my husband kept telling him, he understood that we just wanted to let someone know. He finally said he’d replace the missing item but it was never ordered, so we said that’s fine we will pay. He then continued to just try and argue back and forth, so i told my husband to just drive off and it wasn’t worth it. He then said some very derogatory names about women and very sexist comments, and then called the police. We waited for them to get there, the police of course looked at the cameras and saw that we did nothing and weren’t the aggressive ones and told us to get back on our trip home and to be safe and he’d take care of the manager. I do intend to call and speak to someone hire up. As a 20 year old, on and off food service worker, i am appalled at what happened. I grew up in the small town, and NEVER would expect that. Will never be back at this location, and to the manager and the lady, i sincerely hope karma comes your way. Not once were we disrespectful, and i am truly disgusted.
